I would suggest that the staff be honest with their customers. I was told my order would be ready in 10-15 mins. After 15 mins, I went to check on my order and was told, "Just a few more minutes." That was her catch phrase for the next few times I checked on my order. 35 minutes later, it was finally done.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time this happened with this truck. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt which is why I went back.
