I would suggest that the staff be honest with their customers. I was told my order would be ready in 10-15 mins. After 15 mins, I went to check on my order and was told, "Just a few more minutes." That was her catch phrase for the next few times I checked on my order. 35 minutes later, it was finally done.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time this happened with this truck. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt which is why I went back.
Two times I was misled.
The second time cost me an appointment. Any time someone is 15 minutes late for an appointment, it has to be rescheduled. I would have been 30 mins late. If my food had been done when promised, 10-15 minutes, I would have made the appointment.
Was the food worth the 35 minute wait? NO. Would I recommend this food truck? NO!

This was my second time visiting messy’s, and I have yet to be disappointed by the food! Both the husband and wife are super nice and he is an amazing cook!! This time I had the messy chicken sandwich with seasoned fries, and my mom had the BBQ wrap with seasoned fries. Let me tell you, the food wasn’t around long enough for us to get pictures of it! The first time I went alone I had the Messy Burger and it was stunning.They are generally open till 2, depending on how long their supplies last, so get there early! It’s worth every penny!!!

Just had our first Messy’s Grill experience and all I can say is WOW.. BEST burger around!!! I got the Philly burger and my husband got the messy burger. They were both so ding dong good! Perfectly cooked, very juicy and stacked high with the toppings! If you haven’t tried Messy’s grill, you definitely need to go there! The owners are super nice!! Let’s support this great restaurant, so they stay in the area. I know I will be a repeat customer from now on! Thanks Messy’s grill!!

Absolutely amazing. It may take a little bit to get your food but there's no reason to be cross. They are a smaller business since they just started. But they make by far the best burgers I've tasted. The owners passion was to make food that tastes great and isn't expensive and by far they did. I've ate with them on multiple occasions and they always were happy to see me. I plan to eat with them in the future.
