Service was great! Friendly, helpful, good timing. Fun atmosphere. Food was fresh with nice flavors, plenty of menu options for everyone to choose from. Definitely going back for more.

Let's start with the ording my wife ordered then I did. When I ordered i felt like I got a rude remark of you want it fried or grilled. Then our food showed up since mine was fried it was nice and warm but my wife's food on the other hand was cold like just pulled from the fridge. Didn't say anything because the rude remarks already that were made. This is why I rated it very low

The food is good the price has gone up over the past few years. The atmosphere is in a bar and not that nice. The service is very under staffed so it's not great. It's still the best food in Alpine if you ask me

Staff seems really inconvenienced by the patrons of their establishment. Maybe business is so good they don't have to care? Regardless, cheaper to eat at home and not burden them. Or go down the street to Foxfire where staff is welcoming and friendly. There's a reason why Foxfire is hopping and this place isn't.

Stopped by for lunch on July 3rd. Everything was good. The two girls who served us were friendly, charming and helpful. 🌱Falafel sandwich and cauliflower bites were both 👍👍. 😔 Shared the cauliflower bites with the next table of guys out elk spotting. All were happy and satisfied with lunch. Had an arnold palmer because they served Pepsi. Nothing to complain about.

The food wasn’t horrible, but the waitress had an attitude from the moment we came in. It makes sense that the other restaurant was packed in comparison if that’s what your staff is treating customers like. We came in as a party of six with a baby and the hostess was wonderful and accommodating and helped get us a table all together. They did let us know that they were understaffed (4th of July weekend but we came in on Thursday July 3rd) and they were out of just about everything staple. Sweet potato fries, cheese curds, chicken strips but we weren’t upset about that. We received our drinks including a kids drink and asked for some lemons wedges for our waters and never received them or straws and needed to ask for them. The things that really solidified that we would never come back was when we got a kids drink that required a straw and when I couldn’t flag down our waitress and had to approach her at the bar and asked for four straws, she took the whole bunch out of her apron and slammed them on the bar countertop for me to pick from and turned away. I asked the wonderful bartender for some lemons and she kindly gave them over to me without slamming them in front of me. Another thing that I saw was my grandfather asked for an extra side of dressing and she rolled her eyes at him, gave him a disgusted look and turned on her heel, again I had to ask the lovely hostess to bring some dressing and she obliged. The waitress never mentioned or tried to bring dressing or lemons. I feel that we came in polite and willing to wait due to it being the holiday and knowing that many places were busy but next time we will be going to Firefox or figuring out a meal at home because it wasn’t worth the attitude and the 10% tip left.
