Orderd using the door dash app.
The Barro's pizza was amongst the best we have had. However Door Dash picked up the wrong pizza and left it at the gate so it was cold. Door Dash refused to take responsibility for their error, refused a refund and refused to deliver what we orderd.
To Barro's credit they totally looked after us and made new pizzas.
This was my first and last dealings with Door Dash. According to reddit this is a common occourance with Door Dash.
So Barro's get 10 out of 10
Door dash get 0 out of 10.
What concerns me is the single parent that does not get their delivery, not with Barro's but anybody. There is a potential for Door Dash customers to go hungry because they refuse to make their errors good.
