The Barro's pizza was amongst the best we have had. However Door Dash picked up the wrong pizza and left it at the gate so it was cold. Door Dash refused to take responsibility for their error, refused a refund and refused to deliver what we orderd.
To Barro's credit they totally looked after us and made new pizzas.
This was my first and last dealings with Door Dash. According to reddit this is a common occourance with Door Dash.
So Barro's get 10 out of 10
Door dash get 0 out of 10.
What concerns me is the single parent that does not get their delivery, not with Barro's but anybody. There is a potential for Door Dash customers to go hungry because they refuse to make their errors good.

This place is always packed, and all those people can't be wrong. I'm a door dasher, and this place keeps me busy every night. I've had the pizza, and it's good . But it's the staff for me that's important. They are all friendly and efficient.

They made the wrong pizza. Demanded that I bring back the incorrect pizza and received horrible service. Would never give this place a dime of my money. Horrible management response to an issue that was simple. Unwilling to solve problems and a common sense way demanded that the incorrect food would be brought back so that they could throw it away. Such a waste of food and money and time.

I'm giving 4 stars because the pizza is usually great. Today was the 4th time I went there, and it wasn't good at all. It was way too salty, and I feel like I wasted money. If it had been my first experience, I would not have returned.

Love this place!!!! Best pizza in town easily. Staff is friendly, enthusiastic and efficient. Seth the manager is especially accommodating and on the ball. Can’t wait to come back.

Went into this place and got a few pizzas and while I was waiting, there were these kids that were yelling and shouting and the parents that were there didn't care one lick

We’ve enjoyed Barros for years…but the quality and service at this location is atrocious. Every time we order buffalo wings, they are dry. Today I made sure to ask for EXTRA sauce - and this is what I received.
