Jersey Mike's Subs

Went there just for the pastrami sandwich that has been advertised and they were out. Had a decent substitute sandwich. More than I usually spend for a takeout sub.

Absolutely love jersey Mike's! We get food from one of the three Mike's that are nearest our house prob once a week on average. All three have young adults as staff and they're all refreshingly attentive and efficient. Always a good experience.

I went in to Jersey Mikes and there was one person getting subs made. They did not greet me. The phone rang the worker slicing the meet answered the phone with her gloves on and Proceeded to ask me what I wanted without changing her gloves. She never should’ve answered the phone with her gloves on in the first place. There was a worker sitting in the dining area that was on break. She came around to the back of the counter, put on her gloves and proceeded to What It looked like, punch in on the register With the gloves on. She got in the line and finished making a customers sub while continuously pushing in an earbud in her ear. For one Should not be at the register with gloves on for two she should not have an earbud in her ear and most definitely should not be pushing it in with her gloves on. I explained to her she was at the cash register with her gloves on, and she was continuously pushing in her ear, but to please change her gloves. She did so. I paid for my food and didn’t get a thank you. I will never never return to that Jersey Mike’s or any other Jersey Mike’s. What they are doing in the store with customers there says a lot about what they’re doing with customers are not there.

the wait time at this place is absolutely horrible!! i eat at this location about 3 times a week and i end up waiting at the very least half a hour everytime. the staff seem bothered to help customers and online orders are never done on time. i understand places are understaffed but this has been a issue with this place for over a year.

This place is great if you want to watch the staff stand around and socialize. Not so great if you want a quick sandwich.

This place sucks. They will mess your order up and then try to steal all your card info to “process a refund” over the phone (requesting full card number, ccv, and expiration date). Had to go in person back 20 minutes to actually get a refund I’m still not sure if I’ll ever see while the employees were rude. Wouldn’t recommend the place.

I'm a huge fan of Jersey Mike's, however this location isn't the best, or even average. Order is consistently wrong at this location unless you are right there when they make the sandwich. I ordered online and it was soggy and completely wrong. I asked for oil and vinegar on the side but seemed like I got extra on the sub. Asked for extra pickles, got NONE! I love Jersey Mike's but this location misses way more often than it hits. I know y'all can do better!

Management, this location will likely face the same outcome as so many other businesses in Anthem that didn’t make it. Your staff isn’t following the company’s procedures, the lobby is dirty, the food is not fresh, the staff makes mistakes on orders and is disrespectful and rude to your customers. The price of Jersey Mikes rivals a restaurant like tru burger across the parking lot and the time it takes to get the food is similar depending on the time of day. The difference is tru burger has a relatively friendly staff, and the quality of the food is good for Anthem. You won’t last if you don’t make some changes. I’ve lived in Anthem for 20 years I’ve seen this movie before…

Over priced and not as good as before and cant get orders right. My mom called to ask if she ordered a Philly cheese steak mikes way as that is how it was when my dad started to eat it the girl was arguing and insisting that my mom asked for both GIANT subs mikes way and the phone call was over. We take a look at the receipt and it says 2 Giant subs not mikes way. If i was the manager i would fire the girl via email.

This might take the cake for the WORST Jersey Mikes we’ve ever gone to and we normally love Jersey Mike’s. No greeting when we walked into a virtually empty store, didn’t even say hello when we got to the counter. Bread was burnt, lettuce was brown and disgusting. Totally screwed up POS that would not take Shore Points and kept putting a tip on the order when I clearly did not choose to leave a tip. They also had NO iced tea and said they dump it at 7pm when they don’t close till 9pm
