I've been to a LOT of Jersey Mike's and this is by far the worst. The sandwiches taste different here than any other store and I have no idea what it is, but it is not good! The customer service is also pretty poor, as they don't at least attempt to seem happy to be employed and serve guests. The manager should DEFINITELY be fired at the very least!
It is June 10th, 2025 2:55pm, whoever is working the grill should be fired. Most disgusting sandwich i have ever gotten. Most of the bread was stale, and the part of the bread that was soft was saturated with grease. It will be a while before i come back to this location.

I usually enjoy coming to Jersey Mike’s, but this last visit was absolutely terrible. The girl at the counter—pretty sure her name was Taylor—was unbelievably rude and honestly made me question how she even got hired. From the moment I walked in, she didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, just stood there chewing gum and scrolling on her phone like I was interrupting her break. When I asked a question about the menu, she rolled her eyes and said, “It’s literally right in front of you,” in the most sarcastic voice. When I politely asked for no mayo on my sandwich, she made direct eye contact, slapped it on anyway, and said, “Too late,” like it was some kind of joke. I was shocked. Then, when I asked if she could remake it, she sighed super loud, threw her gloves in the trash, and mumbled something about customers being “so annoying.” But it didn’t stop there. While she was remaking my sandwich, she stopped twice to text on her phone and even FaceTimed someone while preparing food. No gloves, hair not tied back, just full-on distracted and clearly didn’t care. At one point, she even turned to a coworker and said, “I hate this job and everyone in this line,” loud enough for people to hear. She tossed my sandwich onto the counter when it was done and walked away without a word—no bag, no napkins, nothing. Honestly, it felt like I was being treated like a joke. If this is how Jersey Mike’s lets employees act on the clock, I won’t be coming back. Taylor’s attitude was completely unprofessional, and honestly, she shouldn’t be working in customer service at all.
3 straight website orders placed and each one has been made incorrectly. The staff doesn’t pay attention to any customization or special instructions at all. Food quality is very good, but I’d recommend opening each and every item at the counter in front of the staff to verify. It’s frustrating to get back home and find out everything is incorrect and then having to drive back to the store for a remake, kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
Yahya, Kenji - they are the absolute best they get everything prepared, super fast and efficient. Definitely recommend coming here. They made the experience way better.
All the staff members were nice and welcoming and my sandwich was so yummy! Thank you!
I have ordered on the app to this store numerous times. Not once has the order been correct. The level of customer service here is very low. Owners must not care about this business. Out of sight out of mind seems to be the priority of this location. Next time I will go to Jimmy Johns down the street.
Went there just for the pastrami sandwich that has been advertised and they were out. Had a decent substitute sandwich. More than I usually spend for a takeout sub.

Absolutely love jersey Mike's! We get food from one of the three Mike's that are nearest our house prob once a week on average. All three have young adults as staff and they're all refreshingly attentive and efficient. Always a good experience.

I went in to Jersey Mikes and there was one person getting subs made. They did not greet me. The phone rang the worker slicing the meet answered the phone with her gloves on and Proceeded to ask me what I wanted without changing her gloves. She never should’ve answered the phone with her gloves on in the first place. There was a worker sitting in the dining area that was on break. She came around to the back of the counter, put on her gloves and proceeded to What It looked like, punch in on the register With the gloves on. She got in the line and finished making a customers sub while continuously pushing in an earbud in her ear. For one Should not be at the register with gloves on for two she should not have an earbud in her ear and most definitely should not be pushing it in with her gloves on. I explained to her she was at the cash register with her gloves on, and she was continuously pushing in her ear, but to please change her gloves. She did so. I paid for my food and didn’t get a thank you. I will never never return to that Jersey Mike’s or any other Jersey Mike’s. What they are doing in the store with customers there says a lot about what they’re doing with customers are not there.

the wait time at this place is absolutely horrible!! i eat at this location about 3 times a week and i end up waiting at the very least half a hour everytime. the staff seem bothered to help customers and online orders are never done on time. i understand places are understaffed but this has been a issue with this place for over a year.
