Came to this location with the family, they seemed burdened that we came in at 8:30 saw we had kids and acted even more dead to the world and like we shouldn't be there. We got tenders and two sandwiches which the chicken was good, but the fries were salted and had sugar caked on them probably an attempt to make our kids hyper, we went to eat in they automatically made it to go and got upset when we went to sit down. Around 9 3 other teenagers walked in and they were all being super loud sounded like they worked there as well, the kids that came in were doing more cleaning and work than the actual guys on the clock, somebody from the back started throwing ice at the kids that came in. Very unprofessional was not impressed with this location at all.

I waited 20 minutes after the apps arrival time, just for them to throw the fries in carelessly, Unseasoned fries, the wrong type of tenders. Absolutely awful do not go here.

First time eating here, the guy up front was very helpful and the fries were some of the best I’d ever had. This was on an afternoon some months ago.
Recently I grabbed some fries from here for dinner. Staff seemed like zombies with no personality and were almost to the point of being disrespectful. Fries came out and these were not like the ones I had before. Soggy and unseasoned, previously crisp and well seasoned. I’ve had better fries from underneath the car seat. Threw most out when I got home.
Haven’t gone in the day in some time, but I’m assuming it’s mostly stayed the same. Day crew =😃 Night crew =🙁

I order classic chicken wings online for my guest, did not realized I accidentally ordered boneless wings, called the store and talked to manager who said his name was “Bobby”, requested if he can fix my ordered since I accidentally order boneless and have guest at home, he refused to fix the order, and was very rude about it, I asked him I want to talk to someone higher than you, he refused to provide information, and again he was so rude and had an attitude. I was talking to him and he hanged up on me. It was very unprofessionally handled by him. How can someone be a manager with that attitude? Where is the customer service anymore ?

Placed an online order at 5pm. Selected 545pm pickup. Gave them 45 minutes! They were still late with the order. And no, they weren't busy. I'll delete/update this review if we come back and have a better experience. But this is the second time we've placed an order to go and they have been late both times, and THEY provided the first pick up time
UPDATE: Tried them again. Gave them a 2 hour and 20 minute advance notice for pick up time. Arrived 5 minutes late for pickup. Was told it would be another 5 minutes. This place is incapable of time management. Don't order online and plan on your food being ready on time. It won't be.

This review is in regards to service/staff - my mom took my daughter in last night for dinner and she was super impressed with the service they received. They were very friendly to both her and our daughter and went above and beyond to make their experience pleasant.
Love the chicken, ordering and atmosphere is kinda off but it’s a solid meal.

I just wanted to share my experience with employee Logan. Logan was very professional and went above and beyond when my order had been sitting around a little too long he refried my french fries to get him a little extra crispy and keep it warm. I thought that was a nice gesture.
