We love all of the tortillas on the Benny Blanco Basic Menu! The attention paid to sourcing the best ingredients really pays off. And the creativity applied to the special tortillas results in very delicious and unique products every week. I recommend that you find and try Benny Blanco tortillas right away. Another bonus benefit with this company is their partnering with other local makers. If you can get to the store in Apache Junction on a Thursday afternoon, you might also find wonderful, tasty salsa or the best sourdough bread or some other wonderful treat!

The trifecta tortillas are the bomb. Great for breakfast tacos and so much more.

These tortillas are the absolute best! I make everything at home except what I can buy that is homemade from others. Nothing but real ingredients in these tortillas along with a lot of love. The man making the tortillas is also one of the most genuine persons you will ever meet.

Love love love their handmade tortillas! Their flavored tortillas are so incredibly good. So far my favorites are the sundried tomato and the cacio y pepe.Their whole wheat flour made with lard are a great breakfast warmed with butter and cinnamon or mashed avocado. Sometimes I used peanut butter and sliced fruit.The blue corn make really good base for my Chicken Enchilada casserole.Look for them on Thursdays at their shop in Apache Junction or at the Gilbert Farmer's Market.

Oh my goodness. Got the Irish Hathaway tortillas this weekend from Gilbert Farmers market. Absolutely delicious. Wish i had bought more than one package! The flavor, apples & cheese, are blended perfectly and make a great treat for breakfast or snack. Nummm.
