I’ve been referred to as a “tortilla snob” by my family as I am particular about flour tortillas.
Benny Blanco tortillas were fresh and had wonderful flavor. The owner was kind and easy to talk to. He offered sample prior to purchase. I could not have been more impressed! This was one of the places I wanted to check out while vacationing with family in Apache Junction and am so glad I was able to make it to his shop. I just subscribed to his page to hopefully be able to receive fresh tortillas by mail once this option becomes available.

Where to even start?! My mom and my brother used to make homemade flour tortillas. Since moving to Arizona since 2009, I haven’t found anything to compare UNTIL Benny Blanco Tortillas! The first time I tried the OG flour tortillas they immediately reminded me of my brother’s homemade tortillas. The most delicious flour tortillas I’ve ever had were my brother’s but I swear in a blind test… I wouldn’t be able to tell between my brother’s and Benny Blanco! My brother passed away in 2018; I’m incredibly blessed that I can grab a pack of Benny Blanco Tortillas and remember my brother.

I love these tortillas so much that the first thing I do on a Saturday morning is roll out of bed and head to the Gilbert farmers market to make sure I can grab some OG flour and the seasonal flavor of the week! I have had so many flavors and every single one is absolutely delicious! Even the corn tortillas are super delicious! I love that they have options for people who want olive oil instead of animal products even though I love them all! I also love that they give back to the community! That’s a rare find to have a business go out of its way and help the hungry in our own community! The amount of love and passion this business has sets them apart! I adore the social videos that show how they interact with the community and local business; they are hilarious too!

Recently I made a boo boo and reached out to them and they were immediately responsive… how he has the time to respond and make thousands of tortillas is beyond me but the customer service is lightening fast! I’m so embarrassed but they were so graceful about my mistake and they have made me a customer for life! Hands down the best tortillas!

Staff was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. My husband and I will be returning for some more delicious tortillas!

o.m.g heated up the Monterey Jack Pumpkin flour tortillas this morning!! My kitchen smells like fall. Taste like I was having a pastry! So AMAZING!!

We love all of the tortillas on the Benny Blanco Basic Menu! The attention paid to sourcing the best ingredients really pays off. And the creativity applied to the special tortillas results in very delicious and unique products every week. I recommend that you find and try Benny Blanco tortillas right away. Another bonus benefit with this company is their partnering with other local makers. If you can get to the store in Apache Junction on a Thursday afternoon, you might also find wonderful, tasty salsa or the best sourdough bread or some other wonderful treat!
