Workers here are never kind, they always find it necessary to roll eyes, groan, and complain under their breath. If you order food here expect to wait a extra 20-30 minutes because they’ll push off food till the last minute. It’s always humid and musty in the store. When working it’s noted that workers are on their phone quite frequently. From walking up to the store, through the window, and seeing the worker glare at us getting out of the car, to them sighing while I enter in my card and pay. It’s infuriating.

went in with a few friends and tried to order a strawberry black milk tea (which i had gotten before a while ago.) before even walking in the workers glared at our small group, which already set the atmosphere for how bad the experience would go. following this; the two girls working greeted with a rude attitude and acted as though they didn’t want to be here. as someone who works in customer service, it’s not great to be treated like i’m stupid especially considering how nice the atmosphere had been in the past. safe to say some of the employees need to figure out their attitude before dealing with customers who are just trying to be polite and get boba.

Always a very nice atmosphere. Delicious Boba drinks, I order the Strawberry Banana smoothie with strawberry boba every time. They have board games and claw machines for the wait or to just hang out with your friends. Definitely recommend.

My son loves boba, and this is the only shop he'll go to.
We pick one activity/treat each week that he gets to enjoy that doesn't depend on his behavior, school work, chores, etc. He's autistic, and with the many different therapies it's necessary to have a stress free break. Unfortunately, after being in a vehicle accident that totaled my truck, we haven't been able do his usual activity. He's still dealing with the trauma and has been more shut down lately. He gets so excited when he knows we're going to get his weekly boba, and it means so much to me to see that shimmer of happiness in him again. He loves trying new flavors and is eager to 'help' me finish my drink, lol. The employees are so patient with him while he decides what he wants, even when he's unable to communicate with them directly or having a rough day. The owner even came out to talk with us last week and was so incredibly kind and encouraging. The drinks and chocolate covered waffles are absolutely delicious! But the people are what truly makes this the best boba shop in the valley.

The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and the consistency and flavor of the boba is always great! Usually you get your drinks quickly but sometimes there is about a 10min wait for fresh boba but it's definitely worth the wait. The setting and games are nice everything is clean and it is definitely fun to play and drink your boba with friends or family. Overall Highly recommend!
