I ordered a brisket and rib plate with smoked beans. The ribs were tough and over done, there was not much brisket in the box and it was over done. It was served in the styrofoam box all piled up together, the ribs were in pieces with a lot of fat and both meats were lukewarm like they had been sitting a while. The smoked beans were decent. I have ate some really great BBQ in TX and TN and this was not worth $24.00.

I tried Brown Bear BBQ when they were at the Food Truck Friday. The best BBQ I’ve had since I moved here. I can’t wait to go to their new place in town.

I tried the ribs and they were great, and now I tried the tri tip sandwich...torn now on favorite. That sandwich was mouth watering wonderful. So tender it almost melted in my mouth. His food is wonderful. Go and get it now.
