Chicago's Number One Gyros

I do not recommend Going there. beef sandwiches they're not like they used to be. Very small portions taste terrible dry even With the beef juice. I don't call it chicago # 1 Anymore.. Very unhappy

Excellent Greek food and friendly, quick service made for a very good lunch. The quiet atmosphere was appreciated.

My hubby ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich & it would have been 5⭐️had the Bun NOT BEEN MICROWAVED…Eeewww GRILL IT OR TOAST IT ; BUT NEVER MICROWAVE IT ‼️??

The only reason I ordered from here for so long is it was the only gyros place close. After my last order I just can’t ever again. The gyros are really small, hardly any tzatziki, and can’t even choose to remove items like no onions on the online order. You can only add items at silly prices. The soggy fries came in a paper bag with no salt. It’s time they visit places like George’s Famous or Haji Babba’s in Tempe to meet the bar of what we expect. The Newsmax on TV there says a lot too. Luckily we recently got 2 new Mediterranean places in the EV. Bye forever.

For it being a small family-owned place it was great I loved it I do plan on going back soon

The food was excellent, and the service was excellent. Very happy.

I just love this place. The staff is always so nice. They never mess up my orders. I drive almost 30 mins to get food from here when I'm craving a chicken kabob sandwich. The hummus is just the best too!

Unfortunately my experience was horrible we had a gyro and Italian sandwich not the same taste since the new ownership took over it not thesame quality food from previous owner very disappointing
