This buiness is closed and up for sale. I was there on February 16th 2019. A lovely spot. Great view of the Superstition mountains.

This is a good old boys place for sure. Making a comeback after several years of being closed and redone. The food is great the music is awesome. Service can be slow, so just kick back and relax.

I went here for the first time in a long time last night for dinner. Giving this place another try even after I told myself I wouldn't go again. For starters my experience was as follows. My group if 3 walked in and sat down at a table. We waited for about 8 minutes for a waitress to come take our order we never saw 1 , we gave up and ended up grabbing beers from the bar tender. While my sister was grabbing our beers a waitress cam and asked me if we needed menus and drinks, I told her we need menus and and we are getting drinks from the bar. They menus never came so we grabbed a couple off the neighboring table and proceeded to decide what to order for dinner.. The waitress ran by with dirty dishes and said she be right with us. When she was headed back towards us she passed us up to go sing Karoke instead of taking our orders. The place was busy and there was only 2 waitresses I saw. My group ended up leaving hungry and frustrated.

The sign says "Steakhouse" so my friend and I went inside. We did not get waited on for almost 15 minutes. The bartender was having many issues with the cash register and ringing up patrons bills incorrectly. We decided not to order food but to just get a drink and go. Then things started getting better. Open mic night was actually fun. We stayed a good 2 hours and in the end I would probably go back...to watch open mic only.

First time and last time. Worst service we have had in a long time. Food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the long wait. Don't waste your time or money - this place isn't worth it.

We won't go again. Went last Friday night. Very crowded and two waitresses could not keep up. Food was cold when we got it, which was a long wait. Hamburger like a hockey puck and not cooked thru. Never got sugar for my iced tea, hubby went and found some in bar area. Ordered chili originally, told they don't have it since the other cook quit.

The service is very slow arrived at 5:30, ordered at 6 :30. We were 3 couples, order at the same time. First couple were served there food at 7:30, 2ed couple were served there dinner at 7:50, we were served at 8:10 ish. Hummm.

So bummed by my experience at Cowboys Up. Husband and I went in on Friday night. There is no sign saying to wait for a hostess or seat yourself so after a minute or two of standing in the doorway we seated ourselves. We sat for 10 minutes without being acknowledged before waving down a waitress/hostess. When she came over she didn't apologize just said they were really busy and she hadn't seen us. She got our drink order (they don't have printed drink menus so no pricing or variety listings) and gave us menus saying that our waitress would be around as soon as she could and telling us again how busy it was. When our waitress did finally come to the table there was no hello, sorry for the wait, nothing..... "I'm here to take your order" was all she said. We ordered and made note of the time because we were already really disappointed by our experience. The waitress didn't check in with us and I had to go to the bartender to get a drink refill. After 30 minutes of waiting (for 2 burgers) the waitress/hostess stopped by our table and we asked where our food was. We were again told how busy it was and that she'd go look. Sure enough - she walks out of the kitchen with our food. The burger was really flavorful but cold and you could tell it had been sitting. I love supporting local businesses but can't imagine any reason I'll be returning.

Nothing had to get our own beverage at the bar. asked for menus. they said they would send someone. the waitress that was working had to sing a karaoke song instead of waiting on the customers. won't go again

Very poor service and food quality is not very good either. It took over two hours to get a group of 10 service. This is our third experience this winter and the service has been this poor each time.

This was our first visit. We decided to spend my husbands birthday at a steak house hoping to find a good one were from South Dakota and have a hard time finding steaks like we have in the Dakotas, Very pleased. We had the the ribeye dinner, such a great choice. Meat was cooked to perfection. The steak was huge( I had to take most of mine home the steak was enough for 2 people) , sides were fresh. Waitress was great! There was a band ( The band even sang Happy Birthday to my hubby 😁) The atmosphere was fun! We met a lot of wonderful people tonight. We will definetly come back soon! Great little steak house.

I love to go to karaoke there. I enjoy line-dancing there during karaoke and the live band too. I've had the opportunity to sing on stage with the band on Sundays as well. That's very exciting. I've tried their fish on the menu. That was good. Super friendly people. Fun place !!
