Strange place. Only serving ice cream. Sunroom and outdoor dining has been blocked off by insulation. ( I'm believing they were trying to bring down cost of air conditioning.)Parking lot was dirty, which made me question our decision to go to this place. Never see many people frequenting this establishment. Unless I see great changes, I will not be back.Parking: Lots of parking available,no one else there. Parking lot is dirty.

I’ve gone to this location a handful of times and I don’t know why I expect a different outcome. The ice cream always tastes old…I got pineapple and it was rancid. The workers aren’t ever in uniform. Wearing wife beaters and pj pants. It’s a terrible location. Just shut them down.

Who doesn't love DQ? They've been around for decades and their treats are as Americana as the happy meal. But surely they can afford to update their building. It was dilapidated 30 years ago in the 1990s. AJ is growing exponentially since so many folks are moving out from Mesa and Tempe. It would be nice to have nicer places to go and not reminders of the past.

Manny was a superstar, giving us great recommendations based on his extensive experience as a soft serve sommelier. He made me an off menu blizzard from my childhood and introduced my friend to the wonders of a white mocha milkshake. This place is great, would visit again!

Large Blizzard is $7.62. My last order was correct but didn't fully get all of my change back. Example I was owed $3.13 and I was not given the 13 cents back. Small change I know but it's a pet peeve of mine not to receive the right amount of change.

This is the sketchiest Dairy Queen I have ever been too. The place looks like it needed a remodel 15 years ago. Windows were all blacked out and the parking lot was absolutely destroyed. There were two cars parked, one was parked horizontally. The door had a sign saying only the drive through was open. Went through the drive through and nobody ever said anything. I looked through the window to see two people who didn't even look like employees just staring at me confused. I just drove off instead of risking it. There is another normal dairy queen not too far away so I went there instead. There is no way the food is clean if everything else is this disgusting. Be advised, stay away from this place.

Don't eat here! I walked into the front entrance, but apparently it was supposed to be locked only drive-thru. The sole person there was wearing a black under shirt. No uniform. It smelled so foul inside the store. The same person left his wallet and keys on front counter. Very strange thing to see in any restaurant with most of the windows blacked out. I was told I had to go through drive-thru to order anything. I left angry and the bird chest teen locked the door behind me. Do not eat there! It is not a hygenic restuarant once you see inside! The sole person working there was rude!

Took my son to get a blizzard one for him one for me the milk was bad no taste on the cookies and cream .. smelled like rotten milk really nasty

Service at the drive thru ordering box was great. Once we arrived at the window the older gentleman was hardly happy or friendly or any sort of customer service oriented, not a big deal. What we werent happy with was we ordered 2 blizzards and 2 misty freezes, we were not happy with any of them but had already droven home and didnt feel like going back. The two freezes had no flavor(blue rasberry and lemon lime) at all. It just tasted like ice cream. One blizzard was completely incorrect from what was ordered, the other was no blended at all, almost like the tossed in ingredients and stirred with a spoon(whole pieces of pineapple, pecan and banana). Not a great experience and what we expect from DQ.

I wish I could put a 0 for this place. My husband and I went there and ordered two tropical blizzards. The pineapple was rancid. It was so nasty. When I called we were too far away to go back for another one, which I would not have done anyway. They were going to replace it but there is no way I would ever go back to that place.
