Just had the best chicken quesadilla ever here. Josh was the chef who created this masterpiece. What an amazing creation. It is a must try, whether as an appetizer or entree. He grilled the tortilla to a golden crispy brown and filled it with seared chicken that was so flavorful, and lots of cheese - yum! Served with sour cream and delicious salsa. I can’t wait to go back!

Delicious food, great company got the queso was amazing and my fiance and I shared a prime rib. I want to thank the owner for clarifying the issue we arnt to sure why the back of the car was chalked and now the back of the car is scratched 😞

Dirtwater Springs has been around ever since I can remember, over thirty five years at least. I rarely go there these days because it's a gamble as to what kind of experience I will have. The food and service is the best part of Dirtwater Springs. Unless you get it to go. I don't think they pay that much attention to their to go orders. Luckily I don't usually order to go food here.
