It's a great place to hang out, shoot pool, and sing karaoke. The food was so-so and the wait time to get a drink refill took a while.

First time! Absolutely a great place to go and have Fish and Chips. Really good quality fish. The breading was to die for! Absolutely the best! The service was also excellent! The place has a fun atmosphere. Pool tables, good music and great Food! Truly a must go to place. We will be going back again and again!

I've been going to the dog run saloon for about 7 years now and it's always been a love-hate relationship as far as the service and the food go. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a dive bar. There's karaoke... love it ...love my friends who go to karaoke...but the food lately is lacking. Fish fry used to be nice big pieces of fish now we got fish sticks and I do believe we're either paying the same price or more. This is not a good thing and will turn into a very bad thing when the winter visitors get here. If the price goes lower when the winter visitors come that will be a slight to those of us who live here year-round and frequent the dog run saloon year round. I do believe we keep the place afloat during the summer. The wings that I asked to be well done and crispy with the side of blue cheese were not well done and crispy. I received two other sauces besides the blue cheese ..not sure why. All of the sauces were very good, especially the chipotle. I share the same feelings as others who have expressed inconsistencies with the service. It is not just one bartender or another. My favorite bartender is Jennifer because her personality is so upbeat and she remembers what I drink. She always gets me my drink as soon as I arrive even before I ask most times. Instead of putting this review I would have preferred to be able to get in touch with the new owners by phone or email but I didn't see any email on the website and the phone always rings no answer. Actually been thinking of finding a different place to hang out because there are several new places opening soon.

Wanna say thank you to the owners of the establishment I had a little hiccup with my bill and not even 24 hours later the owner stepped up and made it right. I’d recommend this place to just thought anybody chill environment. Good music and great karaoke.

Better order 3 drinks at one time.service is horrible at night. It’s like a gluten for punishment when others,I’m with want to go there. Was waiting for 5min to be noticed and bartender noticed someone else who walked up over me. Under new ownership,how bout get new bartenders.only way to get proper service is during the day. It’s been this way far too long and the bar has potential with better service behind the bar. I shouldn’t send someone else in there to wait to be served when it’s not busy and no one else is waiting

Great place

Total hole in the wall/dive bar but I don't know that I even feel nice about seeing that. I love this place and they have four pool tables the only four pool tables I'm aware of in Apache Junction. The bartenders are sassy the drinks are heavy and the prices are more than fair. Don't get me started on the food everything on the menu is incredible their steak dinner deal is better than anywhere else in the valley for the portion and quality you get the pounded pork sandwich is the size of a small pizza it's incredible. Don't expect anything fancy here this is a real bar. They do have a jukebox if you're willing to pay for the music sometimes if you ask the bartenders will give you a few free coins. They have an outside smoking area, it's in a very unsuspecting little Plaza on the side of the road if you blink you'll miss it. Definitely try this please

The best, very best fish & chips we’ve had in Arizona. Worth the drive. And the homemade dill tartar! So good

I was here today and the cook went home to take a shower at 12:15 pm lunch rush unbelievable. I like this place but this is crazy.

Was told they have new owners.. Food here was good in the past. Plenty of televisions here, but I couldn't get them to turn on a Cardinals game with sound.
