Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza and garlic twists for delivery. They delivered the pizza and cinnamon twists. No frosting but included the marinara I requested for the garlic twists. Called to complain and recieved no offer to fix it or make it right. Employee seemed reluctant to even apologize for the mistake. I guess we just get to pay for things we don't want that others choose for us because it's too hard to read a simple order.

Ordered online last Friday had a failure with their application ordering process. It charged me for a pizza and never sent the order to the store. So I called the store where they hung up on me lol. After which I went to the store where they had me pay again. After which that didn't go through and they had me pay again. And then to apologize they lowered the price by $3 and had me pay again. So far I've been charged four times for one meal and only one of the charges went back. Thank you for ripping off me and my family. We won't be going to the Renaissance festival this weekend and that's thanks to you. Much appreciated 👍

Our driver, Daniel, harassed me because I did not leave a tip. Instructions said to leave at door with written instructions to not knock or ring because I have a dog. Daniel knocked several times then called my phone 3 times. When I answered the phone, he told me that he was already back in his car insinuating he was going to leave and did not want to come back up. I had to tell him 3 times that the order said to leave it at the door.

I watched him on the Ring cam slam down the food and looked PO'd. I was not able to even tip because I used a gift card, which is Domino's fault, and I don't carry cash. Pizza was such a mess with toppings all over the inside of the box, grease all over the outside from the mess. Driver forgot sauce for the cinnamon twists that literally come with it. Pizza and stuffed cheesy bread did not have any garlic oil on it (never does). Worst experience I have ever had with any takeout I have ordered.

I'm only giving it a 2 star because the manager seemed nice although my remake of my pizza was still wrong. I had ordered extra chesse nope had next to nothing for chesse , the crust was still super thin the pizza had no taste other than the overwhelming pizza sauce, couldn't taste the pepperoni, black olives , or the italian sausage. Literally the worst pizza I have everrrrrrr tried to eat. Absolutely disgusting. Honestly if you want a decent pizza do yourself a favor go to Safeway and purchase their frozen signature self rising combination pizza for 4 to 6 dollars . It's soooooo much better and you actually get a lot of chesse and topping that you can taste. Once you try the signature pizza I guarantee 💯 you will never waste your time or money at Domino's.

I eat here regularly and tonight was an awful experience. Food wasn't ready when the tracker said it was. Got told to pull around and wait in the parking lot when it's impossible to do on a one way street. Clearly they gave my food to the wrong customer when it's taking over 45 minutes from the time I placed my order. Also watched an employee run outside and throw up which was kind of gross.

Went in to get a refund. Was told I have to wait three days for it to get back on my card. Was told by the manager the app was wrong and the wait times were off. Seems like a lie when in the 20 minutes I sat there not a single other customer had an issue. Probably won't be going back

Went to pick up an online order that said was complete. While in the drive-thru line, we watched a worker come out of the back, vomit on the sidewalk, and go back inside. When we got to the window our order was not complete, we were informed by a gentleman who proceeded to scratch his behind barehanded- reaching inside of his pants. This gentleman also directed us to “pull around” into oncoming traffic as you cannot pull around due to construction that’s been occurring for months. Domino's, please evaluate your hygiene protocols and maybe your employee benefits if people feel the need to puke and rally rather than calling in sick. Still have yet to receive the pizza I ordered, it has been approximately 30 mins since I arrived for pick-up. I believe I will be getting a refund and not returning to this location.

Update: it takes 3-5 business days to get your money refunded☺️🫶🏼

Ordered online they said it was delivered never showed up up so called the store and talk to them and they knew nothing about the order that was placed charge me and everything for the order never ordering from here again

This place has gone way down hill it's last time. I come here 30 minutes late on a carry out delivery time, and missed one of the toppings.

Don't bother asking for a credit for anything piss poor they made! Because when you call back to claim it they suddenly have no records of such credit! Sad world when customer service has gone out the window. I will never order from them again!

Ordered 4 pizzas 3 of the were missing half the toppings 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 took forever to pick up, with as many people in the building stood at the front counter with zero acknowledgment.

They're false advertisement of their "emergency free pizza", is just that! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I EVEN CALLED THE STORE TO SEE WHY IT WANTED ME TO ADD 15 MORE DOLLARS WORTH OF ITEMS BEFORE IT WOULD DELIVER MY FREE PIZZA, AND THE GIRL DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE AND REFUSED TO LET ME JUST ORDER OVER THE PHONE AND HAVE IT DONE THAT WAY.

This place is an absolute joke. Paid for extra cheese and I got less than ordering normally. Pizza looks and taste as if it was left out and they ran it through the oven real quick. A huge waste of money. I will never eat at this dominos again and I suggest you don’t either l unless you enjoy wasting money.

Delivery was fast,and pizza was hot. Ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, one half no onions but mushrooms. Onions were on whole pizza.
