Easily the worst ran Dutch Bros in the entire valley. It’s like their standard to have 3 employees doing absolutely nothing, I swear one of them is always scrubbing the same damn sink

Enjoyed an excellent pumpkin spice type of coffee drink, great service…they are always nice, chatty and fun to interact with.

Just recently had the ‘holiday cookie’ blended coffee. I would not suggest it to anybody unless you love sprinkles. I had a medium size and it had to of had at least an 1/8th of a cup of green and red sprinkles throughout the whole thing. I pretty much had to chew my coffee, they’re a little waxy and kept clogging up my straw and did not add anything to the flavor of a coffee in my opinion.
But all the people that work there are still the best!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at this location! Eris took my order and delivered what I consider to be the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. She should be recognized for her outstanding work ethic and contagious positive energy. Will definitely be coming back!

Placed and online order just to wait 28 mins for my order not to be given and everyone else that was going to the window was getting thier order and the staff their didn’t even care they had no cars in line and two of their staff just standing around outside clearly they need to pay more attention how to manager their time I will be calling the General manager Kayla on Tuesday when she’s back.

Why even have an app you can order ahead and you get there and you have to wait in the long line to get order. The window is not an option when you’re crippled.
Oh and the candied cherry drink taste like cough syrup

Normally we LOVE Dutch Bros. However, two days ago we stopped at the location on Crismon and a girl stood at her friends car for 12 minutes talking while everyone waited in line. They handed out drinks to the car with no money exchanged. This morning we come to this location on Apache and we get to the window and the girl tried telling us we didn't pay out in line, yet we had our drinks we were just waiting on our food. So we had to prove we paid. Considering we come to these multiple times daily and the service is TERRIBLE recently, I think we'll stick to Black Rock!
Never had a problem there.

Overall a good location but I’ve had multiple times where either the app isn’t processing correctly or the employees aren’t actually scanning my code because I will order and check my points and they’ll be the same as before I ordered.
