So sad they removed the granola bar from the menu! But the bannana bread was delicious! Coffee is always delicious as well. Always happy friendly service.

It says to pick the shortest line… everyone goes in one lane? And then when you go in the shortest line they just ignore you? Why even have two lanes or have a sign that says go in the shortest line if we get ignore? Weird flex ig, drink of course are good! Food is nothing too special haha, and you usually sit in line for about 10-20 mins

Very disappointed. Waited an hour for their straw topper drop today. I put a mobile order to be picked up at 6. Get there at 6:08, drinks still not ready. Then they announced at the pick up window at 6:20 that they ran out of straw toppers. 5 minutes later we see an employee take FOUR drinks to a car with a bag FULL of straw toppers. When people started questioning the employee at the window, they didn’t know what to say. Then at around 6:30 they make another announcement from the drive through side that they also ran out of toppers. Which makes no sense as to why keep them separate from the lines when it’s first come first serve basis according to the email announcement. At this point I was BEYOND upset and STILL don’t have my drinks. Very, very disappointed in customer service.

After waiting over an hour in line for their stoppers for their special today, they ran out after about 10 minutes. They claimed they ran out and still waiting for my order. They ran out a bag of 20 stoppers to someone who only ordered four drinks and gave them an entire bag while there was over 20 people standing here in line who had ordered drinks waiting, poor service and unacceptable customer service and it’s not fair to the customer. I’ll no longer be going to this location

I absolutely love Dutch Bros.! I've been coming to Dutch Bros since 2014 and they have never let me down. Everyone is always super friendly and the line may look long but it moves fast. I love the app they have and the points and rewards you earn. Sticker day is always fun.

I love Dutch Bros, between surprise stickers, magnets, and dog treats, ha, so good. My favorite drink is a large Iced Golden Eagle with an extra shot!
