Food was to cook not pre-made. Place was clean and not overly packed (like you can walk the aisles) friendly staff.
Thank you 😊

Very disappointing. It seems like they go through people so much that there is never any consistency. It’s unfortunate because this place is closer compare to the one on Main and Sunnyvale. Every time I’ve been here I’ve been disappointed with not having the things I’ve needed. Very limited on Mexican products. They think because they have Mexican candy that it’s enough to compete with others. I’ve been in situations here where the lady was making inappropriate comments to me in Spanish where she thought my wife who looks white didn’t speak Spanish. Well she does. I’m another incident my wife was changed twice because the lady didn’t know how to work the register. We mentioned it to the owner and he was adamant that it wasn’t. Well it was but for the sake of not wasting our time and efforts for a few dollars, we just let it go. They can do alot better. It seems as though they care more about the money services. Wish it was different.

My family really enjoyed El Herradero. The food was great and the owner was fun to talk to. He walked us through the menu resulting in great choices.

We're new to the area and was looking for a spot that sells menudo and carnitas. After reading the reviews, I decided to try this place. Let me tell you, the menudo is very delicious. The tripe was tender and it came with 4 tortillas, onions and cilantro and a tiny cup of habanero salsa.
Also bought almost 2 lbs of carnitas. I got some meat, cueritos, buche and chicharrón. Very delicious as well. After asking, they also added some cebollitas and chiles toreados. They have other foods on their menu that I want to try as well.
I highly recommend this joint for some great authentic Mexican eats.

The food is soooo good! So far have tried the carne asada burrito, chorizo, papa and egg burrito, carnitas, and chicharron and all were soooo good! Fresh salsa bar has a great selection. Very clean inside store. Nice dine in area! We needed a place like this out here!!! Blows Rigo’s out of the water!! If y’all haven’t tried it get there ASAP!!
Great customer service. Clean & fresh meat well worth priced for great quality. Nice set up for dinning in. And great tasting food prepared, also well priced. Better than other stores around.

Great little carniceria. Always good cuts of meat and marinated perfectly. All chicken and beef here is legit. I haven't tried any pork yet but if it's as good as the beef and chicken then it will be awesome!

The food is soo good. The fresh salsa bar has a great selection. They will cut steaks to your desired thickness for grilling. Staff is very good and courteous. I recommend this Market/Restaurant to everyone. So grateful that we have some amazing authentic mexican food here in Green Valley.
Buyer beware! They let us try a big chunk of beef roast in sauce that was good so we got a pint of it to go. While we were there they kept looking at us and laughing. We now know why. Its because when we got home we discovered that there was none of the beef we sampled in the pint just huge globs of grizzle, fat and lard. It's literally the byproduct you throw away when cooking roasts and beef. It's completely unedible. They charged us 50 dollars for 1 and 1/2 pints of unedible garbage.
The whole incident felt very targeted because of our differences.
