The food is very good, for the most part, but frequently have to go back thru the drive thru because either the order is incorrect, or no salsa after specifically asking for it, no receipt after specifically asking for it, etc etc etc. Gets frustrating and we're going to look for a better run taco place. I realize that sometimes it can be a bit of a language barrier, but don't just agree with me when I ask if the salsa is in the bag,etc and make me come back or say screw it and use some from home. And today got beef instead of chicken tacos, but didn't see that until I got home. So frustrating

Avoid this place at all costs, no seasoning and way over priced. Never been more disappointed. Didn't even get the order right, forgot the onions sour cream and guacamole

I love this place and will drive 20+ miles out of my way to get a Steak, Egg, Cheese, and potato burrito. That being said, I just got a burro to split with my brother and I didn't get potatoes. I wasn't charged for them, which was good but not good overall as I drove out of my way to go there. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who likes good food.
Not a deal killer by any means. It's on me to be vigilant and make sure I'm heard and understood to get what I want.

I went through the drive-thru at 3am - got my order super quick even though two cars ahead of me... unlike McDonalds where you would be the only person in the drive thru waiting ten minutes for some nuggets.

Your guy that works night Enos is freaking awesome very polite and food is always hot and I live like 15 mins away and when I get home my food is still hot and always delicious keep up the good work

Best BERTO 'S. Don't know why but it's better than any filbertos or juliobertos or any other bertos that I have had. Foods always hot. Horchada is expensive but whatever. Worth it.

Careful, they will rip you off. I bought 4 tacos ground beef on Taco Thursday should have been about 2.00 each. She charged me 5.00 each. Double then what I paid a week ago. I came on Taco day and they didn't even give me the discount.

I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated during my recent visit. The attitude displayed towards me was unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Such behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and undermines the trust customers place in your service. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that this issue is addressed promptly and that future interactions with customers are conducted with the professionalism they deserve.
