Filiberto's Mexican Food

boy oh boy, where do I even begin... this meal, wow just wow... this is the best food I've ever eaten in my entire life, so often I find myself in a dark place or worry about life, and everytime that happens Filiberto's has been there for me, every time Filiberto's has given purpose back into my life. I'm not sure what words I could even use to describe the food here because it's beyond this sentient of life, each bite I take of a carne asada fry meal bring this sort of bliss to my head. Each time I take a bite of big Juan burrito I can feel this world heals a little. If you are void of life that means you have not yet been to a Filiberto's.
People tend to ask what it the meaning of life; it's obvious that it is Filiberto's. Some may ask who would win a fight, Filiberto's or a million lions, well the million trillion lions stomachs would be too full from all the 99c tuesday taco deal washed down with green sauce, so clearly Filiberto's wins. If Filiberto's has 1 million fans im one of them, if Filiberto's has 2 fans im one of them, if Filiberto's has 1 fan, that one fan is me, and if Filiberto's has zero fans, l'm no longer alive. thank you filiberto…

I was with my friend and her father, they treated my friends dad like trash. Who in their right minds would treat an elderly man like that? To say such crewl words. You can see on my friends post below about exactly what happened.

My elderly father had to use the bathroom while he was there, and him being old didn’t quite make it completely and made a bit of an incontinent mess on the toilet. He tried to clean what he could and told the worker. The worker yelled at him and told him how disgusting he is and completely berated him. He was so sad and embarrassed. That worker needs to learn compassion and kindness. It’s goes a long way.

Please stop throwing your plastic bags with rocks and a coupon into my driveway - thats called littering. When people run over rocks that are on top of their concrete driveway, it damages the driveway.

I was contemplating using the coupon, but then read reviews of horrible service and wrong orders, and decided to not waste my money here.

So please stop.

I had ordered 3 meals got home and realized we were short and meal. I tried calling the number and it wasn't a working number. So drove down and explained to the drive thru person he said ok proceed to the window. So we sat in line only to be told he needed all the food back to show the cook. I paid 43.00 to only get two meals. The food we did get was horrible on the enchiladas the tortillas were hard. The rice was old and hard ... highly dissapointed in the food and service

Excellent authentic Mexican food served-up in generous portions! The kitchen is in open view from the counter, everything is nice and clean! We've eaten in the restaurant and ordered take-out numerous times, have never been disappointed!

I went to use the coupon for country burrito 2.99 that expires end of December and they told me the could not honor it. Super disappointing as I have been going here for 12 years.
They lack integrity when it comes to honoring what they printed and passed out to customers.

Update
3 years later. Tried to used 2 coupons on a big order. They tell me you can only use one coupon per order but then they hand me new 2 coupons at the window. Why do they hand out 2 if you only can use one?
Time to find a new location.

Ordered a chicken taco salad. No salad just all chicken in a bowl. The employee was rude and acted like it was a effort. I have never been here before. I will not be back. Taco Salad no lettuce, no tomato, no cheese onion, This is what should have had when I googled it.What is in the Filiberto's taco salad?

I came by at around 6 am and originally was going to order 2 machaca breakfast burritos and was interrupted mid sentence with "we're out" then I tried ordering two country breakfast burritos add chorizo. The food took a long time to make and then the guy kept asking me if I wanted red or green sauce 4 times even after telling him "red sauce" each time. He opens the windows and says "you said green sauce right" I correct him and he's starts digging through the bag to get all the salsas out ?? at that point I just said forget it. Just leave em in the bag. THEN I GET HOME.... there was NO CHORIZO IN EITHER OF THE BURRITOS AND I ASKED FOR IT IN BOTH BURRITOS... HOW ARE YOU GONNA CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING AND NOT GIVE IT TO ME. The name on the receipt was "KOLB".
