We had two vehicles serviced one was an explorer that had an air bag sensor issue. That service was during the week and flawless. The second was a Mustang had an appointment for 10 am for there a tad early dropped off the Mustang. Husband reminded me to make sure they didn’t rotate his tires because they are different sizes in the back. I told the service people. 3 hours later I head the mustang coming to the drop off area so I head over there the closer I get the more I hear what sounds like someone doing a burn out. I see one of the service dudes bolt out to the car and the tech gets back in and brought it back to the back. Yep they rotated the tires and the larger tires are now up front on a lowered mustang. So after 3 hours of waiting and then ignoring my request I finally left. Very unsure if I’ll continue to bring my vehicles here but I did like the service during the week not so sure about the weekend….

Edit we spoke with the manager and he made everything right. We have brought both of our vehicles back multiple times without further issues! Changing my review due to this

This was a warranty service using the Ford mobile at home service. I could not be more pleased with both the service (quick and easy), and the service tech. He was very cordial, and the most knowledgeable tech I have ever talked to when it comes to the firmware of the dash monitor. Truly a 5 star review.

Josh Dewyke was absolutely outstanding in his ability to listen, understand and create a plan for my servicing needs that made me feel comfortable and appreciated. He went out of his way to keep me updated and found ways that made me respect him as s professional and as a truly great human being. I would recommend him to anyone that is dreading those servicing concerns.
I hope the dealership will take time out to recognize his abilities and his outstanding customer service. I have a staff who I appreciate and would tell this management to hang onto Josh and show him he matters. Because I’m sure I’m not the only customer that feels lucky that he delivers expertise to his clients at Robert Horne Ford.
