Did an oil change and tire rotation. Also has a dual battery issue. Both were replaced under warranty and they were very fast at getting everything done!

Josh Dewyke was absolutely outstanding in his ability to listen, understand and create a plan for my servicing needs that made me feel comfortable and appreciated. He went out of his way to keep me updated and found ways that made me respect him as s professional and as a truly great human being. I would recommend him to anyone that is dreading those servicing concerns.
I hope the dealership will take time out to recognize his abilities and his outstanding customer service. I have a staff who I appreciate and would tell this management to hang onto Josh and show him he matters. Because I’m sure I’m not the only customer that feels lucky that he delivers expertise to his clients at Robert Horne Ford.

David Flores did an amazing job listening to our vehicle problem and got us into the Quick Lane to fix a suspension problem in record time. David also kept us updated on the repair process while we waited. We never had to wonder if our Explorer was being attended to. Outstanding service!
