Fernando and Susan helped me Christmas morning to get breakfast before I went to hunting for deer ! He was very thoughtful and was very well very well spirited on Christmas morning. Do what you need to keep these two happy - I suggest a raise to keep them

The manager, Lupe, scheduled 1 Front Line and one Cook when this is literally 1/2 restaurants open on Christmas Eve. This means that drive through is backed up 5 cars at all times, you have 10 people in the dining area waiting for food, orders get missed and handed to the wrong people because you decided to understaff your restaurant. There was one kid responsible for taking drive through orders, taking dine in orders, bagging and handing out food. Absolutely disgusting way to manage a restaurant and treat your staff, who are not paid enough to deal with all the angry customers you have caused by not staffing your store appropriately.

Online order. No napkins, no ketchup, no fork. Online discount would not fill. And only place that said no to EBT ONLINE ORDER!!! AND MY ORDER WAS LATE. SO NO NOT HAPPY . Can see why they only have a 3.7. Should be 3.5 now

Just had the employees lie to me about items no longer being on the menu when they still are. The bonus jack and sourdough scrambler. Seemed hesitant to wanna make any food. I ended up just driving away. This was at 2am.

I don’t know the new guy’s name (tatted fella), but he was killing it. Was super patient while he was figuring stuff out, highly professional, and kind! The manager/shift lead on duty was also super nice and patient with him. Food was hot, too! Best Jack I’ve found in the valley.
