Jimmy John's apparently now asks for a tip before you're even able to pay I'm sorry I used to be a manager at Jimmy John's and any restaurant that you have to stand up in to order your food and that's not served your table should not get a tip and yet they ask for it not only that my sandwich wasn't asked to be cut in half even though I ordered the Giant and as well two workers which isn't a problem but you get much better customer service on the Power and McDowell location I used to be a manager there why should anybody give a tip for standing up and ordering their food!???

Always have good food here and the staff is always nice and friendly.

I came in here for a sandwich as I never been here before. I was met by Jordan and Stormy who were completely professional, and very friendly. They offered to help by describing many sandwiches and telling me the popularity of each one and it really made my experience enjoyable.

Glad that the employees helped explain how to order and the differences of each sandwich bread. Place is decently clean, and food is okay for wanting something small (a bit too much mayo tho).

Came over at 645pm on Jan 18. CLOSED! REALLY????Posted store hours said 7 pm!We were there to pick up food to go....If they're closing at 6:45, the sign should say 6:45 for criminy sakes! NEVER GOING BACK!

Update: went back to same jj as usual. This time order was great and made as ordered.We usually love jj. But not this time. Tuscan wrap had so much Italian dressing on it was inedible. Couldn't find any avocado spread on the beach club. Forgot our cookie. Complete fail.

Went to buy a sandwich. Ordered a large sub. Asked for bacon and extra meat. I could have bought two giants because the one sandwich cost me $50. Plus, the "extra" meat was nothing. So I'd hate to see a normal sandwich! Never again! This sandwich isn't worth the $50 I had to pay! ?
