I came in here for a sandwich as I never been here before. I was met by Jordan and Stormy who were completely professional, and very friendly. They offered to help by describing many sandwiches and telling me the popularity of each one and it really made my experience enjoyable.

Came over at 645pm on Jan 18. CLOSED! REALLY????Posted store hours said 7 pm!We were there to pick up food to go....If they're closing at 6:45, the sign should say 6:45 for criminy sakes! NEVER GOING BACK!

Update: went back to same jj as usual. This time order was great and made as ordered.We usually love jj. But not this time. Tuscan wrap had so much Italian dressing on it was inedible. Couldn't find any avocado spread on the beach club. Forgot our cookie. Complete fail.

Went to buy a sandwich. Ordered a large sub. Asked for bacon and extra meat. I could have bought two giants because the one sandwich cost me $50. Plus, the "extra" meat was nothing. So I'd hate to see a normal sandwich! Never again! This sandwich isn't worth the $50 I had to pay! ?

Worst sandwich ever! I thought I would try something different other than subway. Went here ordered a number nine Italian sandwich with oil and vinegar salt and pepper only instead I got it covered in mayonnaise extra lettuce absolutely disgusting. Got it home and could not even take a second bite ended up giving it to my dogs. I find this very disturbing as I was the only customer in the store at the time with three people working there and explained what I wanted and they could not get the order right.

Stopped in around lunchtime and they did a great job. Got exactly what we ordered exactly how we wanted it and the guy working there was extremely polite. Excellent customer service, will go back if I am in the area.

What, I have to work?" That is the feeling that my wife and I got walking into this Jimmy John's.Jordan took our order and answered every question with a one word answer, horrible experience. I don't think I'll ever go back and spend money at that location. Two (2), not so good, sandwich combos were close to $35.00 and I felt like I was an inconvenience. I purchased 2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, and 2 cokes. We were given these items individually to walk out of the store with. When we asked for a bag, the bag was just laid on the counter for us to bag up our own combos. Amazing. I guess it wasn't a good day for anyone.Addendum after Jimmy John's reply:STOP with the canned responses. I gave you enough information above to share with the local / responsible location. Train, coach, and work your employees, not your customers.

I'd give these idiots a zero if I could! I ordered an Italian for my husband WHO IS ALLERGIC TO jalapeño peppers. Nowhere on the description does it say there are jalapeño peppers on the sandwich! His fucking sandwich was covered with them! If he hadn't noticed them hanging out from the side you idiots could have killed him. Freaking morons work here! God knows what else they put on your sandwich.
