Amazing, stood at the front for about 5 minutes straight with no help, had a online order to pickup and no one to help, serving trays covered the online pick up shelf, 😒 wasn't even worth the food i just left, not coming back to this establishment again, and if you value your time and money don't come here, also they're out of biscuits and won't offer any substitutions.
Did drive thru and guess what....got f'd in drive thru...chicken was old...sides they didn't forget were cold...

This place is always out of everything and never tell you until you show up to get the order. Why Offer it on the app if you are out of it. Why not call a person and tell them after you place the order. Terrible customer service!! Worst kfc ever!!

Chicken strips were overcooked and dry. Received the wrong pieces of chicken in a 3 piece dinner. When we tried to call no one answered. This is the second time we have had bad food at this KFC. We will not go there again!!!!
Literally some of the best of KFC chicken I've had. I didn't get all my order... Wasn't happy. But was offset by the food turning out great last two times like I said. Hoping the chicken is this good from now on. The biscuit was great and my sides. Sodas were not flat, they were good too. Keep up the good work.
I was in here at dinner and saw them get hit by a rush of senior citizens, they handled it politely and with genuine kindness and patience, thanks y'all!
