when I walk in all the employees were sitting and talk to each other acting like they didn’t want to be working and my pizzas were very under baked I am disappointed and bread sticks were very disappointing as well I also noticed that the owners of the store don’t reply to bad reviews only the good new what a store I will never return to this store again it shows what kind of business this is

I ordered the crazy puffs for the first time. I ordered the crazy puff party pack for my friends, and I. It was perfect because I'm vegetarian so I could eat the cheese and my friend could eat the bacon and pepperoni flavors.

When I arrived, we could tell which is which so we cut into them to which I could eat. ALL OF THEM had meat! I couldn't eat any of the food I ordered and paid for.

I reached out to support, and they offered me a 15% refund. When I pointed out that would still left without anything to eat, they stated that re-deliverly wasn't an option and the refund would be all they could offer. After less than a minute, the agent stated they hadn't heard from me and ended the chat. I didn't have a chance to reply.

I'm making myself a sandwich and will never order from this location and possibly franchise again.

This place is trash and very unintelligent. I called to place an order for their new highly advertised stuffed crust pizza. There advertised pizza is just cheese and pepperoni. When I called the person that answered seemed nice and let me know they only have pepperoni and cheese. I said great I'll have the stuffed crust pizza. Sorry but we can't do that, she said. I then asked is it not just pepperoni and cheese. She said yeah but we're not going to make that. I said that's incredible you're not going to make it. She then replied without missing a beat. Yeah sorry but we're not going to make that.

didn't get any food because a dog was being held and petted on the front counter with food! I asked for the manager and I think it was his family with the dog and he told me dogs are allowed in eating and food areas now and when I asked for his bosses number he told me to go on line and good luck trying to reach them.i hate snootie people like that liar. [it is against all health codes unless it is a service animal] if I was a health inspector they would be closed... a dog on the counter.... WHAT???

They are good to me. Friendly fast good service cheeses changed and not so good.

We have never been to this location before, we came an hour before they closed, so 9 pm on friday. Needless to say the ladies that were working that evening were so nice. The cashier checked the pizzas before selling them and saw they were old. So they had fresh pizzas made for us along with bread sticks. Thank you for being observant and caring. I've been in the server industry for 18 years and it's amazing when you see the few who still actually care.

The pizza is fine but I frequently show up here and when I walk up to the counter, I ask them "hey, you wouldn't happen to have any hot n ready pizzas that are actually hot and ready" and the answer is always a resounding no. I'm then told I need to wait 10 min and it is ALWAYS 20 min +... and im always there between 3 and 5 pm. It's 5:26 right now and I'm leaving at the 20 min. Mark. If I wanted to wait, I would have paid for better pizza. Just ranting I guess but I hope others notice so the slogan gets changed or they step up there game. #FalseAdvertisment.

You get what you pay for cardboard!

Order a peperoni pizza, deep dish Chicago pizza, and some soda on doordash. Pizza came hot but a bit undercooked, however still edible. Perhaps this was just an off night for the staff, it wouldn't stop me from ordering in the future.
