I love the owners all the staff I've been in this town for 20 something years but the new manager Matthew or whatever his name is is completely disrespectful to his female employees I sat there at the bar today and witnessed him promised the new bartender who's only been there for 5 days they would help her with stuff Then he kept walking away he was too busy numbering remotes for football than to help wash dishes another employee was washing dishes instead of him and then she asked for limes he refused I also witnessed this guy telling her Yeah you need a lot of help but I refuse to help you This is not the job for this gentleman I've never seen anybody disrespect their own employees like this in my life He's only been there two weeks he's not a good fit he needs to go and I let him have a piece of my mind I'm not going to let anybody I know working this restaurant be disrespected in the way that I saw him do that tonight The employees you have working here have been here forever and deserve respect if he's still here you're going to lose a lot of business food and service is always great but this guy literally appalled me tonight
