Terrible people and place, looks like they took a bite out of one of my kids nuggets from his happy meal absolutely disgusting and seems like they’re tampering with food and shouldn’t be trusted, threw it all away, waste of $18 hope they shut this location down.

Terrible service, this is the third time I have gone and gotten my order wrong, they removed the trash cans from the lobby while people were still eating. They pushed them through the kitchen. I am not sure the purpose but I had to leave my tray at the front counter. Workers and the manager walked right passed me on several occasions while I was waiting patiently the request a bag to take my leftovers home. One worker only acknowledged me because a delivery driver came to get an order and stood next to me. This location is the worst!

Waited 20 minutes to get our breakfast order. It would have been quicker to go to a regular dine in restaurant. Also, very impersonal. You can only order at a machine, then you get a table and just wait until it is brought to you

Drive thru is a joke. They have everybody park so they can just reset the clock on their end. So they can look good but have us waiting for a long time!

This place used to be a 5 star for us, but it's not for us. We got breakfast from here this morning and service in the drive thru was HORRENDOUS! The trainees were asking us to repeat our order a good 5 times and the line was taking forever which caused me to miss my bus for that matter

This location no longer has cashiers taking orders. You can only use a touch screen menu that doesn't work properly. I won't be going back to this location.

Visited on 12/3 at 11am. The staff was only addressing one lane. I called out to the call box multiple times for service but the staff was laughing through the headset while telling me to hold. After waiting additional time to put my order in another car pulled up and got service. I had to back out of the drive through since I was not receiving any service. Are you paying the staff to hang out and not provide the 24 hour service during the night shift?

The night crew here is really terrible. We waited at the secondary lane as they kept taking the orders of the other lane. They kept giggling and told us to wait. Most of the time the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for a while so why deal with whatever this kiddy stuff is as well as pay for old food?

Used the drive up today to get a mocha frappe. Had to repeat the order 4 times. Was shocked to get to the window and find out it's $6 for a medium! Last time I was there, the machine was broken. I'm done.

I’ve had multiple complaints about stuff. They tell me to reach out to them through the site but when I do that they literally do nothing to help. McDonald’s has ups and down through time and I can’t help but feel like it’s on the down and going lower. If you have a problem and write to them like they ask they don’t help. Don’t waste your time.
