I had a pretty good experience here. I ordered the big breakfast and they were quick to bring it to my table. Minus one star because they forgot the syrup and I had to go ask for it at the counter.

I go here on my lunch get park for 6 minutes just to have hard bun hamburger whoever works that kitchen at 12 u are definitely the problem management too

This has got to be absolutely; the worst franchise in the McDonalds corporate umbrella. It does not matter what time you go there I guarantee you will not get a pleasant greeting, a smiling face and a deserved thank you. The order taker at the first window should really consider a career change. He is absolutely the most rudest person I have ever encountered. Today was the a double whammy. Rude guy at the front window and protege at the second window. You are guaranteed poor service, poor attitude. no napkins, not straws, frumpy and cold sandwiches and no thank you. I called the manager immediately and he said he only has 2 employees and hung up on me. Just what I expected. Whether its 2 co-workers or 20 co-workers, what does that say about his leadership skills. That my friend, is not a manager. I live 4 blocks from this location and have been here in the community since 2003. Today's incident is the decisive factor for me to never return. I know customer service. I am a retired retail consultant. 25 years, 2 jobs in my lifetime. I know customer service.!!!!!

Zero start if I could after today. The entire crew working today was terrible. Asked to pull around for a small mobile order then waited almost ten minutes to get my food, two people in line after me getting helped in that time. No explanation for the very long wait, no sorry for the wait, no customer service whatsoever. Wasn't offered my receipt. Worst experience I've had at any McDonald's. And sadly, this is pretty nomal for location and left reviews before, no one seems to be listening. Also no phone number to call this location. Sad excuse for a location.

Sad, went in for just a fry, NO REGISTERS! ONLY KIOSKS! I do not touch those to many germs! Also was paying with cash, had to wait for help. No people around to ask questions. Waited finally after asking another customer was able to get a manager who is the only one that can do the order and take the cash. Waited another 10 min just to get the frys! Not impressed, need to go back to people taking your order and handing you the order. Meanwhile several were in the back just joking about playing basketball. Where is Customer Service! No wonder our young people have no social skills!

Every time you come here I order a large fry. There is about enough to fill a medium fry. Also when they had you your food. If you’re not at the counter when they call. Good luck try to have some help you get what you need. They act like they don’t see you standing there

McDonald's—once you’ve been to one, you’ve pretty much been to them all. The food is good, but it would be even better if they consistently got orders right, especially when it comes to add-ons. Sometimes, getting help from employees can be a bit of a challenge, but overall, it’s still alright fast-food experience.
