Zero start if I could after today. The entire crew working today was terrible. Asked to pull around for a small mobile order then waited almost ten minutes to get my food, two people in line after me getting helped in that time. No explanation for the very long wait, no sorry for the wait, no customer service whatsoever. Wasn't offered my receipt. Worst experience I've had at any McDonald's. And sadly, this is pretty nomal for location and left reviews before, no one seems to be listening. Also no phone number to call this location. Sad excuse for a location.

Sad, went in for just a fry, NO REGISTERS! ONLY KIOSKS! I do not touch those to many germs! Also was paying with cash, had to wait for help. No people around to ask questions. Waited finally after asking another customer was able to get a manager who is the only one that can do the order and take the cash. Waited another 10 min just to get the frys! Not impressed, need to go back to people taking your order and handing you the order. Meanwhile several were in the back just joking about playing basketball. Where is Customer Service! No wonder our young people have no social skills!

Every time you come here I order a large fry. There is about enough to fill a medium fry. Also when they had you your food. If you’re not at the counter when they call. Good luck try to have some help you get what you need. They act like they don’t see you standing there

McDonald's—once you’ve been to one, you’ve pretty much been to them all. The food is good, but it would be even better if they consistently got orders right, especially when it comes to add-ons. Sometimes, getting help from employees can be a bit of a challenge, but overall, it’s still alright fast-food experience.

McDonald’s has taken out the front point of sale staff. We placed our order on the electronic screen and waited 10 minutes for coffee. They pay all attention to drive through and forget walk in orders. They will lose my business with no service.

I think the cook is dyslexic, EVERYTIME I ask for extra onions on my cheeseburger, I get zero onions.
Them only accepting cash seems sketch!

We visited on a weekday at about 11:45 AM. We went through the drive-through lane. The line was long but moved fairly well. The food was absolutely atrocious. Number one in the middle of the day with this kind of traffic, how can you possibly be serving stale dry buns? We had the quarter pounders with cheese. The meat was cooked to within an inch of being totally burned all the way through. I understand their new char idea, and I love the char at Burger King. But this cook was so overdone the meat was totally dry had absolutely no taste and so with the stale bun the whole thing tasted like it was made of cardboard. And the toppings was so minimal we even joked about “why bother”—the 2 pickles were good but you didn’t know it until half way through because the were just stacked on top of each other on the one side of the bun. Another passenger in the car had the chicken McNuggets. And of course, there was supposed to be sauce. However they also failed to provide the sauce that we had requested. And, you don’t know this, in the drive-through lane until you’ve already left and you’re back home trying to eat your meal. In addition, the fries had so much salt on them they were barely edible, if you forced yourself.…and I am a person who usually adds salt to food. We had a problem at this location before about a year ago and didn’t bother to go back. But we were in the area and we chalked it up to maybe it was just a bad day then. But apparently this is not the case. I can assure you we will never ever be back to this location—it is totally without redemption. And don’t get me wrong, we like McDonald’s. I’m assuming this is a problem with this location, and not the sign of things to come at other sites.

Never going back. Ordered online. Burger meat was burnt, cheese was cold and not melted. Ordered extra onion, x ketchup, x pickle got none of any. Husband asked for honey mustard sauce for chicken nuggets, employee went to hand him two but the manager walked up and took one out of his hand. Horrible food even worse service. Customers don’t want their food made fast they want it made right especially with the high prices. This store needs new management.

Just took the grandkids for breakfast before school.
I was disappointed that the electronic play equipment in the kids play place was broken. 2 our of 4 of the jump monitor for a 4 way race were broken.
But they still had fun and we enjoyed a quick breakfast!

Place is a joke, I was in drive thru for breakfast by 10:25 didn’t get to a speaker til 10:35 to be told I can’t get breakfast anymore even tho there’s been plenty of times where I have been able to get breakfast 10 - 15 mins after, and then a manager tries to tell me oh no we don’t have any left. Riiiight no you just didn’t wanna cook it. So embarrassing on their behalf. Oh let’s not forget that when the manager came to talk to me she finally took my order after arguing with me and then I pay, and just walked away, no receipt no nothing.

Nobody there to take my order... they don't even have a cash register up front.. so after 5 minutes of standard there with nobody acknowledging me... i.left and went to Burger King.

Food was never ordered because no one at the counter to take my money after I ordered and asked for a TO GO order. Finally after 6 mins someone came and asked if I waiting for my food and realized their error. They took my money and then gave me an Eat In tray with my food to go!!!! So I stayed and then realized the fries were cold and I could have ordered a better deal but no one was available. I’m done with Mc Donald’s.
