Standing in line waiting for a burger currently. Going on 5 minutes.Serving mobile orders but not taking orders.Went through the drive through. I may have surprised everyone ordering a coke for my thirst from waiting in the lobby so long.Burgers were fine but werent fresh. The young man who took my order and payment was very kind and respectful. Thats a plus.

1/4lb patty is now the same size as the big Mac patty. No ice in drink station. Tables, floor and bathroom are absolutely filthy. I can't imagine why anyone would want to pat these prices for this quality of food. Not happy! Not lovin it.

Food was a little overcooked. Receipt clearly said honey but got honey mustard sauce instead and the gal tried to argue it. Also, if you do not work well with computers, you may not get to order. Go back to a place run by actual people.

Seen a elderly couple having lunch and playing cards at McDonald's. Best lunch for me seeing them..
I get a Big Mac nine times out of 10 and order it with light Mac sauce and they always seem to saturate it and of course they just throw it together like they always doParking: Read the orders right and don't just throw it together like slop

I should have looked at the reviews before visiting. I've been to several other MD's and know they are trying not to staff the counters and have the customers do their own work by ordering at the kiosk. This store even has large signs outside promoting tech and app use. This is the first one where they don't even have a menu on the wall behind the counter. Had to ask twice for assistance at the kiosk, but the transaction still had to be completed at the counter register. I'm a tech person and setup with the MD app and automatic payment on my profile.Did my takeout order and then the chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked. So disappointed with this store
