Best egg drop soup! When Im here in the colder days people come in to buy it buy the pints! No beating their lunch specials. You get the amazing egg drop soup and an egg roll. We always get the cream cheese puffs/wontons. Everything is so fresh. Made to order. I've tried multiple lunch dishes. All always good. Service is fast even when the small dining are is full. The lady who runs it is very nice.
I have been coming to this hidden gem since it first opened and I love the familial atmosphere AND the fact that it is family owned. The prices haven't changed, the taste of the food is still the same... heck, everything is still the same! Even the sticker machine next to the cashier counter is the same. This is a prime example of if it isn't broken, DO NOT try to fix it! Just about everything else has closed or changed in that little plaza, but New Golden China is still...
Food was great. We ordered crab puffs came out crispy and golden. Egg drop soup was delicious and not overly hot in temp. Thai tea was also mixed well. Lo mein and sweet and sour pork was cooked to perfection. Will be back.
