I am changing my review about this store. My BF wanted to give this place another try. So we did. It has changed from 4 years ago, the staff are better and so is the food. The only thing I would say is that the teriyaki chicken is not at all what I expected at all. I would not recommend it if you are a texture person. Everything else was great.

Vincent was incredibly kind and patient while helping my toddler and I today. Excellent service as he even brought our panda crafted drinks to us at our table.
The food was good today, and the restaurant itself was clean. Overall a good visit 👍 kudos to Vincent!

Absolutely terrible service sat in line for an estimated 10 minutes to try and just order a three item plate and sitting there they were more focused on to go orders and the drive-through then people literally standing there no organization would not recommend

every time we order teriyaki chicken even if we ask for TERIYAKI sauce, we do not get it. thia has happened MULTIPLE times and i am very frustrated. it should be a given to give teriyaki sauce with teriyaki chicken.
The last two to three times we have visited the Beijing beef has been like jerky, tough and chewy, I thought ok one time is acceptable but it continues, I should have returned it but we live quite a bit away from the restaurant, I definitely cannot recommend the beef anymore, they have cut too many corners and cheapened it ! It was my favorite, if we visit again I will definitely make another choice and the key word is if !

Waited in line over 5 minutes while the car at the drive-thru tried to get their thoughts together on their order. When we got to the order window they told bus to wait and they would get back to us. The car behind us pulled out and left and we did too. Now we are enjoying filabertos across the street who know how to take care of customers.

I ordered food. Paid for food. And they still tried to charge me 2.70 for a large water. Tap water!!!!!! I get paying for the cup. Almost $3 for tap water when I’m also an already paying customer is absolutely taking advantage of people.
