I order from here often and last night I accidentally made my order pickup instead of delivery. I called the store and they helped fix the issue for me. They weren’t rude or anything. Thank you to the guy Wyatt who a the phone and the rest of the team for everything.

I was extremely impressed with the service. They were busy and didn't have a couple of things I wanted. They were being cooked. I was offered a free drink while I waited. That is top-notch customer service. I didn't mind waiting at all after that

Came in here the other week and had to wait a long time, they had let getting drive through orders done and not doing orders. I only took a few bites because it tasted funny then later that night I ended up throwing it all up. So overall not good

I am changing my review about this store. My BF wanted to give this place another try. So we did. It has changed from 4 years ago, the staff are better and so is the food. The only thing I would say is that the teriyaki chicken is not at all what I expected at all. I would not recommend it if you are a texture person. Everything else was great.

Vincent was incredibly kind and patient while helping my toddler and I today. Excellent service as he even brought our panda crafted drinks to us at our table.
The food was good today, and the restaurant itself was clean. Overall a good visit 👍 kudos to Vincent!
Absolutely terrible service sat in line for an estimated 10 minutes to try and just order a three item plate and sitting there they were more focused on to go orders and the drive-through then people literally standing there no organization would not recommend

every time we order teriyaki chicken even if we ask for TERIYAKI sauce, we do not get it. thia has happened MULTIPLE times and i am very frustrated. it should be a given to give teriyaki sauce with teriyaki chicken.
