Inside was closed at 9pm when the place closes at 10pm, making us go through the drive through just to find out they were out of basically out of everything. The workers didnt seem to care at all that they lost business because of everything.

This Panda actually makes the food requested all the way until they close. Other locations we have been stop like an hour before close. Everyone here is super nice! Even when they’re incredibly busy, they still always have a smile and treat yoo with respect. We have never had a single issue here, 1 time was a bit of confusion since they didn’t give me a receipt and there are signs up that literally say “next meal is on us if you don’t get a receipt”. The manager on duty said it is still honored and made sure it was the next time I came in. The food is ALWAYS good here! The inside is incredibly nice and always clean, drink station can get a bit messy from customers, but it’s always stocked and if it is messy, they will get to it quickly. Thank you Panda folks at this location for such an amazing job!

every single time I go in there there’s always something I leave with the wrong order. They didn’t give me soy sauce even though I asked three times today they did the old drive-through window they told me to pull up to the front. I literally waited like 12 minutes and then I walked in to find out what was going on which was nothing. Great product they just can’t seem to get any traction.

I will never be back to this panda!!! Terrible customer service and watched 15 people get their food after mine was ordered ASAP online. Took 35 mins to get my order and had to ask about it twice. This ain't the first time either, better choice is lotus garden.

Wow I'm severely disappointed. I ordered a honey walnut shrimp bowl with white rice. Because I ordered a "premium" item I was charged an additional $1.50, bringing my total for a single bowl to $10.10, 25% of the totality of my bill. So any person with common sense would figure to get your money's worth, but when I got my bowl n looked I was sure there was a mistake since they were so busy - I waited 15 mins in the drive-thru/parking lot - then proceeded to wait another 20 mins in line to be informed that there wasn't a mistake and 7 pieces is what you get for the additional $1.50. I'll never make that mistake again and I strongly recommend you guys take a long hard look at ways to make this acceptable because you've deeply shook my confidence in your establishment. Do better it's hard enough to get by without $10 bowls of white rice 😕
