Papa Johns Pizza

Beware! I ordered a Shaqaroni with mushrooms and received a regular large pizza with mushrooms. When I called the store the general manager said that when you add additional toppings they decrease the amount of pepperoni! Unbelievable! I am paying for a Shaqaroni and adding mushrooms at an additional cost. Why are you charging me more and taking my toppings away?

Ordered delivery on the app and one of the pizzas wasn't what I had ordered. No one answers the phone.

I ordered 2 pizzas , 1 cheese bread and boneless buffalo wings......
both pizzas tasted like cardboard not because I asked for it to be a little extra cooked it was the taste that was bad (not the texture) I love my pizza to have a crunch, the sauce was not palatable tasted like it's been sitting out in a can the cheese tasted old,wings were bad tasting they were soggy and mushy and the chicken didn't taste real
The cheese bread was the only thing that wasn't horrible

Probably the worst Papa johns I’ve ever been to. They make you wait for Pizza that is mid and no sense of customer service. I hope Papa johns corp reads our reviews and changes management because this is costing them I’m sure a good amount of money giving refunds to paying customers. I love papa john’s but this one truly SUCKS. You’re better off at Domino’s across the street.

Went to pick up our pizza and they forgot garlic sauce and the pepperoncini. I came back in and asked for it and they said it would cost extra even though I already ordered it and they didn’t give it to me. Both employees were less than willing to be helpful and seemed confused about their job. While it’s a small thing, the lack of service and lack of care can really mess up your experience.

This is absolutely disgusting this was delivered opened the box and there was hair in our pizza. Do you even take pride in what you do. You obviously do not care to take care of your customers as I was on hold for more then 10 minutes with no answer you really should be shut down and this point because the store is just as disgusting as the food you deliver. When someone finally answered they were very brush off about the whole situation said I didn’t need to drive all the way back to the store for their mistake. This is very inappropriate response and how do you not do quality control when food comes out of the oven. I will be contacting the general manager along with the county to do an inspection as you obviously don’t care about your food.

I love the breadsticks... and the pepperoncini that comes with the pizza... and the garlic butter sauce... and you know, the pizza, and like everything else they make here.

Horrible soggy pizza! We ordered XL pepperoni with mushroom and onion, well done. I don’t think they got the memo for well done because the crust in the middle was super soggy, made me gag!

Absolutely the worst customer service!! they do not have drivers in store and they outsource and doordash their deliveries... Not an issue if they told you before hand... But as they only ever have one person apparently working in store (a manager who refuses to give his name) my toenail has better customer service than this place

Ordered on the app around 2:30-3pm Pick up time of 5pm. Arrived at 5:10pm to a lobby full of people waiting to even talk to someone. Finally someone acknowledged all of us there and I finally get to the front of the line at 5:18 and they tell me they haven't even started my order yet of 2 large pizzas, 1 medium pizza, 2 orders of 10 wings, and an order of breadsticks.

Manager wont even talk to me when i try to verify that they have the correct order, just says he is busy and was told it was made but can't find it so they are starting it now.

Finally got the order at 5:48 you would think the manager would discount something. But no, just continues with the excuses.

It's a shame I really preferred PJ over others, but the service at this location needs attention.

Arizona papa John’s gets a zero. Not a one. Came from the east coast. Every football sunday papa John’s pizza it is….. Employers were so nice, told me if there was an online sale explained those… papa John’s every time! Come to Arizona. Haven’t purchased one pizza from Papa John’s because I honestly didn’t know there was a Papa John’s in my area. Found out today and as always call them up on deals on just one pizza. I was greeted by a gentleman named Juan, I asked him about deals he told me “only online I don’t know them you need to look them up your self, I’m not looking them up on my own phone “ Being a customer representative for over 20 years; This is unacceptable. He then told me that I was being passive aggressive and hung up on me because I asked him what the deals were online and that he did not know. For a single mother of three growing boys that used to buy Papa John’s every Friday… to ordering from Juan from papa John’s in Arizona that couldn’t tell you anything off of his own place of employment. Dylan is the manager and after the disrespect that I received tonight after choosing Papa John’s since 2010 I’m hoping there’s some compensation. Also after getting into multiple arguement over the phone with papa John’s and this incident, Juan the customer service representative called me off his personal phone which we have documented pf his name and number… I hope papa John’s can make this right ! All I wanted was a cheese pizza not horrible customer service
