Papa Johns Pizza

Deliver pizzas to my neighbor then argued with me about it! A few minutes later my neighbor came over and said did you order some pizzas...
It's the management at this place that is the problem

I understand that places get busy but when you tell us that our pizza will be delivered by a certain time and it's now 30 minutes late that's not right. Then you call to get answers on your order and your rude to me about my order.

Order was for carry out Monday December 8 around 8pm. Amazing deal . The team was nice and had my order ready at the door. Food was super fantastic. Thank you to team on shift. Fabulous experience.

As usual they didn't give me the extra garlic sauce. When you ask them and they tell you it's in their and it isn't. And don't get me started about the 2 inch ring aroumd the pizzas whith no cheese or sauce co.e on guys stop being cheep.

It’s not even worth explaining. After 1 hour of waiting for our pizza we called to ask where our food was. Manager said another 30 minutes. After another hour (2 hours total now) we got the cold pizza.
Gee. Tks. Will not order ever again

Was a terrible experience im not the person to leave reviews like this but I called for a pick up and paid for my order was told it declined and I said ill pay for it in store then few seconds later it charges me for the pizza and he told me a 15 minute wait til I can show up and pay for the pizza. I show up 20 minutes later and my order got refunded all of a sudden. I asked them
and told them my name they said wait another 20 minutes I waited 25 minutes and nothing came out so just left all in all just wasted an hr and gas for no reason.

Ordered 3 pizzas from here took 1h and 25 mins to get cold pizza and the pizza smelled foul went up to the store and the manager was nice and gave me a refund right away also offered to remake them or just keep the ones that was delivered no thank you you can keep those and I'll never be ordering from here ever again I do want to stress the manager was nice though and refunded my money right away

Do yourself a favor and go to any other Papa John’s but this one.

Beware! I ordered a Shaqaroni with mushrooms and received a regular large pizza with mushrooms. When I called the store the general manager said that when you add additional toppings they decrease the amount of pepperoni! Unbelievable! I am paying for a Shaqaroni and adding mushrooms at an additional cost. Why are you charging me more and taking my toppings away?

Ordered delivery on the app and one of the pizzas wasn't what I had ordered. No one answers the phone.
