Papa Johns Pizza

Arizona papa John’s gets a zero. Not a one. Came from the east coast. Every football sunday papa John’s pizza it is….. Employers were so nice, told me if there was an online sale explained those… papa John’s every time! Come to Arizona. Haven’t purchased one pizza from Papa John’s because I honestly didn’t know there was a Papa John’s in my area. Found out today and as always call them up on deals on just one pizza. I was greeted by a gentleman named Juan, I asked him about deals he told me “only online I don’t know them you need to look them up your self, I’m not looking them up on my own phone “ Being a customer representative for over 20 years; This is unacceptable. He then told me that I was being passive aggressive and hung up on me because I asked him what the deals were online and that he did not know. For a single mother of three growing boys that used to buy Papa John’s every Friday… to ordering from Juan from papa John’s in Arizona that couldn’t tell you anything off of his own place of employment. Dylan is the manager and after the disrespect that I received tonight after choosing Papa John’s since 2010 I’m hoping there’s some compensation. Also after getting into multiple arguement over the phone with papa John’s and this incident, Juan the customer service representative called me off his personal phone which we have documented pf his name and number… I hope papa John’s can make this right ! All I wanted was a cheese pizza not horrible customer service

pizza driver took my doordash order i was supposed to pick up so i had to wait 10 min for their driver to show up, i just canceled the order and quit dashing due to this. this store ruined my whole day.

I've been ordering Papa John's for the last 6 months & stop at one on my way home. Always good. I ordered pizza Sunday from Apache junction store and it was horrible. Store had all the doors open and was super cold inside. The pizza had no toppings, not hot and the crust tough. I will never go to that location again.

The 2 pizzas I got last night were absolutely terrible. I ordered the pepperoni Shaq pizza and there was only 4 slices of pepperoni on each slice.The pizzas were cold and the second pizza had ony 2 slices of pepperoni on it and the other half had very little spinach and black olives on it. It was cold and very late.All this for 41.00. Never again.

This is what we got this evening. This is what they think an extra cheese pizza should look like. After almost an hour wait for delivery, we got our two pizzas cold, dry and missing the cheese??? They were willing to send another out for us but it took a long time to get as well. Very disappointed.

Manager hung up on me! Told me, the customer, whom asked why my delivery was late, not in a rude way & not in any way raising my voice, told me he wasn't going to deal with me & hung up the phone!!!!! This place is a joke. The employees are garbage. Don't waste your time or money!

Guy cashing me out making dough then takes my money and hands me my pizza doesn’t wash hands. No hair net. Place is gross and wouldn’t recommend

So I order from this place at least 2-3 times a month, I never put a complaint. The last time we ordered, our pizza took over an hour to get here…I didn’t submit a complaint and still tipped the driver. Yesterday we got a postcard in the mail apologizing for the long delivery time and put a promo for a FREE large 2 topping pizza. I was like “wow, so nice of them! I didn’t even complain and I got this.” So tonight I decide to order 2 pizzas and use the coupon for the one free pizza. The code was not working for the large 2 topping that I ordered. I call the store and some kid answered the phone very dismissive and said he can’t help me past what the coupon said and I said ok the coupon says this and I read exactly what it said and he said “like I said mam, I can’t help you I didn’t send that to you” I told him it was from his store and even has their number on it. He then hung up one me. Anyway, the service is trash, I give this place zero out of ten stars,. I was speaking nicely and he was rude and dismissive and treated me like trash for something THEY OFFERED ME! I will never order food from here again. I’m sure they don’t care, but my money will be spent elsewhere.

They outsourced our delivery to a doordash driver. We do not want out food delivered by a driver who's not working for Papa Johns!!

The prices are just stupid. out of control.
45 bucks for 24 wings.
& 44 bucks for a 10-inch & 16 wings.
That's crazy expensive
