Terrible customer service. Places my order, arrived after TWO HOURS, was cold, and wrong. When I called to ask for a redelivery, the manager told me he made the pizza himself and it was correct. I offered to send him a picture showing it was clearly incorrect and he hung up on me. I ordered no onions…. Not imagining, there’s lots of onions.

They took our order on app. Half hour later said we were out of their sector. They’ve delivered here multiple times before. Guy said he was the General Manager but would not give me his name. Kept repeating we were out of the sector. Unacceptable customer service.
On 03/31 I came in to grab a pizza and the dudes behind the counter would not help or acknowledge me or anyone else waiting in the store and when we asked about an order the worker was short and borderline rude saying one moment and never turning around to help or let me know any info. Horrible service

I would give this zero stars if I could. Over an hour wait for a delivery 3 miles away. I called several times for updates since I was not receiving them. Magically after the calls I received the text update. My pizza has been waiting to be delivered for about 40 mins so I’m so excited to get old cold pizza. I would also like to say it’s a Tuesday and I placed my order at about 7:15pm. I’m mad at myself for not reading the reviews for this location before I ordered.

I hope this message find the manager and fire the driver that took my mail box out and left the pizza by the door with finger marks in the pizza with the veggie pizza not touch but look like it be thrown down the stairs.

They were late by 40 minutes at least and gave me food poisoning on top of it.
Don't order the boneless wings. They are basically chicken nuggets with a light drizzle of sauce. So disappointing.

I ordered my pizza for delivery, I tipped the driver in my order. Took over an hour to recieve my order, my order came cold partially undercooked and over sauced. I would rate it lower, but I called the store and talked to the manager immediately after receiving my pizza and requested a refund, which he had no problem of giving, he explained it was busy hour. It was upsetting as it was for my daughter's birthday just us dining in as a family. I only live 5 minutes down the road. If you want to save yourself the distress get carryout so it's actually warm and any issues can be resolved at the store or just order somewhere else. This place is a hit or miss. Other pizza places in the area are more consistent and not as expensive. Better ingredients, better pizza doesn't mean much when it lacks quality control.
