Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is not a complaint towards the awesome employees who took our order, but more towards Popeye’s management in general. What happened you guys? A line from Nacho Libre came to mind: “There are no spices. There is no flavor. Where are the chips?” 1 and a half packages of blackened ranch for two whole meals! No butter or honey for the biscuits! It was hard to swallow our food! Why do you guys make us customers beg for stuff that you used to give in abundance? Come on! Anyways, I usually never leave bad reviews, but Popeye’s is not how it used to be. Such a shame!

I took my grandkids for lunch what nasty food chicken was dry and hard the biscuits were like a rock the fries were not even hot i think the food sat there for a little to long so I will never go there again

Literally the most disgusting food I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting against my better judgment. The chicken was literally a chip…. Biscuits were rocks…. She got my order wrong even after I corrected her she still gave me the wrong drink and the wrong pieces of chicken, also out of thighs!?!?! Are you kidding?

Unacceptable. I’ll be waiting for my money back.

I ordered just the popcorn shrimp and got just a small amount. For $7, this pregnant lady is very very disappointed.

I pull up to drive thru. At Popeyes in apache junction, 1st the speaker couldn't hear well enough. The person speaking was rude and I believe he got upset because I kept saying I can't hear you.
The food I order the spicy chicken tenders and let me tell you chicharrones taste better than this. The chicken was hard and cold and tasted burned like recooked. I'll not go back that's for sure.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The chicken strips were all batter and over fried. I will never ho to the Apache Junction Popeyes again. Whoever bagged my chicken strips saw the poor quality and sent them out to me anyway. I only found tjis when I returned home.

Half our order was missing and the bag was sealed. I called and spoke to the general mgr and he basically called me a liar, insisting he bagged our order personally. Well, we didn't get the 6 extra biscuits or the 2 orders of mashed potatoes. Very very unsatisfied and will never return to that location. If that's their idea of a good mgr they are seriously joking.

Food was hot and fresh super quick and Snow was incredibly helpful and courteous— thanks for the extra ice water — we needed it!! Food was fast and delicious like always and paired with my favorite sauces! Thanks guys!!
