If you don't sell shrimp anymore, then why is still on your digital menu?

If you’re not going to stock a restaurant with a food item anymore take it off the menu. Kind of ridiculous two visits now popcorn shrimp weren’t available and your employee stated you just won’t ship it. The car behind us was looking for the same thing as well. If your staff you get a 2 5 piece classic and 1 5 piece spicy it would be different but anytime we order I would never get the spicy tenders.

The chicken is always fresh & hot! It tastes like they made it for me!!

Got here about 11:30 Kate was very nice and friendly. We ordered two big family meals. Crew in the back were friendly too and we all laughed about the amount of food for the 3 of us. Nice atmosphere, everyone seemed upbeat with no tension. The counter and back kitchen area looked clean and stocked. The dining area was mostly clean, seemed like the night shift might have forgotten to tidy up. Thanks for a great meal and visit. See you again soon.

Whenever I go to grab a quick bite to eat, everyone at this location goes above and beyond to ensure my order is fresh and correct!!!

One of the restaurant's most outstanding associate is Josiah!!! He always greets us with a smile and provides exceptional customer service!!! Great job Popeyes for hiring great people like Josiah!

I don't remember all of the names of each associate but EVERYONE of them are personable wherever I visit the restaurant!

It was my first time coming here and I was going through the drive-through trying to ask the lady what all came in the meal deal that was $20 and all she did was scream at me. What two sides did I want? She wouldn’t answer my question so I left and I’ll never go back there.

Rude. Very, very rude for no reason at all.

12:45 p.m: Ordered 3 piece spicy leg combo.
I was told they only have two spicy legs. Curious, I asked how long it would take to make more. I’m not sure if her talking over me or she just didn’t hear me but the rest of the conversation would not end well.

I can’t even remember word for word what she said but it meant I needed to order something else because they only had 2 spicy legs.

I noticed usually they never have what I want which are 2 or 3 spicy legs. I always have to substitute one or two legs for original or non spicy legs.

I asked again how long it would take. She finally stops rambling about whatever it is she is talking about to yell “FIFTEEN MINUTES.”

I drove around to the front and went inside to speak to her directly. I was met by a person who sounded the exact same as the person who took my order yet she referred to the person who helped me as “her.”

During the conversation, I explained why I wanted to know how long it took. Because every time I go to that Popeyes in Apache Junction, they never have what I want. And it’s lunch time, are you telling me that you are not going to have any more spicy legs? I didn’t have enough time to wait. I had to go back to work, but I wanted to know for the future because this always happens.

After I was done, she asked me if I wanted the spicy legs. I said yes I’ll have two. She asked if I wanted the combo and I said no, just the legs.

Back in my car, I looked in the bag and of course it was two thighs, a biscuit with rice and beans.
Knowing now I’m going to be late for work, I turned around and brought the bag back. I’m not sure if this was meant to be a joke, but it wasn’t funny. It was unprofessional. It was childish and it was rude.

As soon as I walked inside the same lady Immediately said I gave you the wrong order. I’m sorry I rang it up wrong. I replied, it’s OK and I laid the bag on the counter. I told her I wanted my refund. She starts typing into the register, prints out a receipt and points to it and says this is your refund. It’ll show up on your card in a few days. I said thank you and walked out.

I must add, usually when I go to Popeyes, and there is a different younger girl at the window, handing me my food, the service is much nicer and flows much smoother even if they don’t have the food I want. She is very polite. This is why I continued to go there. Despite an older, dark haired lady that is very rude when taking orders over the intercom. She is terrible. Why does she even bother to get up and go to work? You never know if someone is having a bad day, so why make it worse by treating people like scum? They are literally the ones keeping the business open so you can go to work.

I know this does not matter to whoever owns this Popeyes or whoever is managing the Popeyes in Apache Junction. But you have repeatedly bad reviews. They complain about the service, they complain about the food, they complain about the cleanliness. Yet, they are still open.

Maybe the store manager or whoever supervises that store manager, needs to be replaced with someone who will hire employees willing to offer great customer service, not afraid to cook the right amount of food for times when you know you will be busy, and not play around with people’s food by purposely giving them the wrong order. Popeyes in AJ needs a leader. One who corrects mistakes with action and not just by responding to bad google reviews with the same message as if you care about the consistent poor service. Apache Junction deserves better.

Did not get what I ordered. I ordered all dark meat. Should have been 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks and 2 wings. Instead I got 2 breasts, 2 drumsticks, and 2 wings. I ordered ranch sauce and got some other signature sauce. For $75.00 the order should have been right. I will probably not order from them again and cannot recommend them.
