Ordered the mini plate with pork, white rice, and a blended Taro with boba. Great tasting and very presentable food. Everything was so fresh and beautiful! Park on the E side of the building for better access to get in and out.

Hole in the wall food truck upgrade style food forsure.I can't believe it's taken me this long to go.I've eat at Vietnamese restaurants at least once a week.I went in for a banh mi, unfortunately they were out of bread. But it was later in the day.I got the Plate with Pork Noodles and egg. As well as the order of 3 fried shrimp rolls.Food was delicious and super healthy.I'm giving 3 stars because them not having bread and how expensive the rolls were for how small they were. Everywhere else I've gone even with the increase of prices, you would get 3 full size fried rolls for that price. Each fried shrimp roll only had once piece of shrimp. I would recommend them putting at least 2 pieces and selling 3 for that price.Restaurant was super clean. Also the owner was asking everyone how the food was which I respect alot. I'll definitely be back.

Ok, this is truly a hidden gem! It's family owned, the husband attends to the front counter while his darling wife is making some of the best sandwiches I have eatin. The sandwich was a double meat special with lots of great veggies, spread, cheese and tons of love. This family and their food is amazing!!!

Really great flavors. Great care is taken in making their own ingredients. Even in areas that have a dense Vietnamese population with restaurants to match, I don't often see home made hoisen sauce. While the place does have some shortcomings, there's literally no other Vietnamese places around so it does an outstanding job at what it does for such a small place.*Edit, sorry for having to delete the review and repost it. Something went wrong on my end.

Just stopped in and experienced a culinary delight! My hubby and I tried different two different sandwiches and drinks. The bread was so fresh along with the vegetables… And the meat was excellent. Best sandwich we’ve had in years! The drinks were so yummy too (and fresh) and the interior is adorable…..to boot! We don’t get a lot of places like this in AJ. We’re so excited for a new go to!We’ll be back soon…..Thank you, Saigon Noms!!!

What an amazing place!! It is well styled inside and very clean. The food was GREAT! I had the Classic Nom (B1) and it was my first ever Banh Mi - I was not disappointed! The flavor was amazing, the bread was warm and crispy, and every bite was delicious. The spring rolls (F1) were also fantastic! Overall, a really nice spot for lunch! I’ll be coming back!

This was the best banh mi I've had since moving to Arizona. The coffee was also top-notch. While I didn't stay in the restaurant to eat, the shop was adorable and I will be back soon.

I had several different fried and fresh rolls. All were made very well, fresh and crispy veggies inside. They were quite good. My only slight disappointment was the peanut sauce. Too thick, and something missing from the recipe. I just know bit ti get it again. They were very accommodating to add fish sauce which was excellent. Friendly, clean. Its difficult to order because the wall mounted menu can't be seen from the register so its awkward. I will definitely return to try other items.

I have been coming here twice a week the past month or so, and must say, I am pretty impressed. The vegetables are always fresh and the meat is cooked just right. The customer service is also of great quality. Oh, and don't forget to try one of their teas! I don't like tea usually, but theirs is out of this world.

Yummy and healthy dinner to go from Saigon Noms! Had a plate with tofu, pork egg roll, and noodles. All was very flavorful, fresh, and filling. We also got a grilled chicken banh mi that was a good hot sandwich. Excited to stop by again, hopefully sometime soon! Also, purchased a Thai tea blended drink which was lightly sweetened (25%) and it was so refreshing. Glad there was options as to how sweet it could be!

This a hidden gem, Reed and his wife serve delicious Vietnamese sandwiches and other dishes. The favors were delightful ?. I'm not a fan of spicy, so this menu is great for me. You spicy lovers, there are dishes for you on the menu too. Service is excellent, place is immaculate, they take pride in this establishment. Go check it out.

Bread needs work. The daikon and carrots were not pickled enough. The cilantro stems were too long and interfered with chewing. Want to see it succeed though!
