Ordered the mini plate with pork, white rice, and a blended Taro with boba. Great tasting and very presentable food. Everything was so fresh and beautiful! Park on the E side of the building for better access to get in and out.

Hole in the wall food truck upgrade style food forsure.I can't believe it's taken me this long to go.I've eat at Vietnamese restaurants at least once a week.I went in for a banh mi, unfortunately they were out of bread. But it was later in the day.I got the Plate with Pork Noodles and egg. As well as the order of 3 fried shrimp rolls.Food was delicious and super healthy.I'm giving 3 stars because them not having bread and how expensive the rolls were for how small they were. Everywhere else I've gone even with the increase of prices, you would get 3 full size fried rolls for that price. Each fried shrimp roll only had once piece of shrimp. I would recommend them putting at least 2 pieces and selling 3 for that price.Restaurant was super clean. Also the owner was asking everyone how the food was which I respect alot. I'll definitely be back.

Keep up the good work guys! The food we ate was amazing. Quality was fantastic! Service was great. It took a bit to get our good, but we didn't mind bc when it came it was so fresh. Everything was fantastic. The service was great. The ambiance of the place was homey and cute! It was busy when we came in and I can see why. We're not from this area so we just gave this place a shot bc we wanted some bahn mi's but they didn't have bread today. I'm not even mad bc what we ended up eating was fantastic. Nothing was over powering. Packaging was done well. If I'm ever in the area, definitely coming back. I love to support local small family owned business like this. Very surprised to find this quality in AJ!

A hidden gem for sure! The outside is super cute and inviting the inside has a great clean seating area with a huge menu. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered a Grilled Chicken Banh Mi, A classic with pork, summer rolls and crab rangoon, a thai tea and a vietnamese iced coffee. Everything came out quickly, hot and fresh. Cant wait to come back and try more things on the menu.

Excellent food, as authentic as can be without being in Saigon itself, small place, order, get a table and pick up food when buzzer goes off, Reed is very customer oriented and friendly.

It's alright. Honestly tho I usually only get their spring rolls so I can't review the whole menu. The counter guy is a bit smug but what I order is ok. And I usually take my food to go. They charge more for extra sauces which can click the bill up. I'll go back when I'm on the mood for spring rolls again. But I'm in no hurry.

Came for the boba, but thrilled by how delicious and fresh everything was! Highly recommend the lavender lemon tea with boba at 70% sweetness. We also ordered spring rolls (the chili sauce is delicious!) and two banh mi sandwiches - the original and the grilled chicken, all 10/10

Ok, this is truly a hidden gem! It's family owned, the husband attends to the front counter while his darling wife is making some of the best sandwiches I have eatin. The sandwich was a double meat special with lots of great veggies, spread, cheese and tons of love. This family and their food is amazing!!!

I love a good Bahn Mi' almost anytime of day or night. One of my top ten asian foods. I was driving back from a visit in Gold Canyon with relatives, and thought lets stop and try someplace new on the East side of town. I found Saigon Noms on yelp and headed there.Clean, bright, small cute little spot right off the road. Modern menu, bright lights, clean, checking off all my favorite boxes so far.The order taken, young man in early 20's my guess was trying to be polite and friendly, but just wasn't pulling it off.I asked for lighter ice and extra water in my tea, the way I prefer it. He said no. Hmmm, simple request, denied, deduct star. Food had good presentation, the Tea was ok, the bahn Mi' was just ok, and I added Fried egg to it, which should have kicked it up a notch already. I had to ask for Sriracha, which I felt was a weird request. No Fish sauce or Hot sauce, chili sauce in a Vietnamese restaurant. I always want to support locals, and i would go here again if no other asian cuisine available in the area, but it's lacking the positive energy to elevate it and make it a go to place.

Really great flavors. Great care is taken in making their own ingredients. Even in areas that have a dense Vietnamese population with restaurants to match, I don't often see home made hoisen sauce. While the place does have some shortcomings, there's literally no other Vietnamese places around so it does an outstanding job at what it does for such a small place.*Edit, sorry for having to delete the review and repost it. Something went wrong on my end.

Just stopped in and experienced a culinary delight! My hubby and I tried different two different sandwiches and drinks. The bread was so fresh along with the vegetables… And the meat was excellent. Best sandwich we’ve had in years! The drinks were so yummy too (and fresh) and the interior is adorable…..to boot! We don’t get a lot of places like this in AJ. We’re so excited for a new go to!We’ll be back soon…..Thank you, Saigon Noms!!!
