Sat in the mobile ordering section for 20 minutes never got my food; never got an explanation on why my food wasn't ready even though on the app it said it was ready and they are supposed to refund me my money because I was not sitting there anymore. Worst service I've ever had at the Sonic

Good for late night cravings, but if you get fries late at night (after 11pm), be aware that they might be twice baked (cooked fries dropped into oil a second time to heat them up) making them pretty inedible.

Their service has been increasing and increasing over the past couple of months. It's generally an amazing place to go and just grab a drink or get some food. They're not generally too expensive and they are pretty nice. They usually offer a pretty quick confrontation.

Staff is rude as hell! They pick and choose have a handle customers based on what I'm not sure because 2 people pulled in at the same time and the other person got helped first I ordered a drink and they didn't even listen to my order properly and brought me the wrong thing it took them 10 minutes to make me. A drink when there was nobody here. But me and one other car, the staff need to listen Better. And they should help cars as theyre first

Didn't like the fries too much salt on there. Two time that happened to me. Wait time for food to come out, to long. Dont think i will go back

I keep trying to give this place a chance for redemption, but they just cannot get it together. Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru with only two vehicles in front of me. We watched seven vehicles pull out and leave. Come on folks. Staff the place with more than two employees and it would help your situation.
Visited this location around 11pm 2/26/25. Took over 15 minutes to receive my food. When food arrives 2 items of my order where missing. And not charged for one of them. The team did get the food that I asked for and was nice about it. But when I got home they gave me a different sandwich to then what I originally ordered. Had to drive back and recover the sandwich. At the time we visited this location it was not busy at all. And they some how still just couldn't deliver results. And the burger i did get after all of the trouble was a mess and tasted not good. Just a bad first time experience.
