Wake up late at night in my days off every time I come in Eathan the closing manger,is friendly, professional and still gives excellent customer experience even tho I come hr before close most nights . Give that guy a raise.

Came after having a horrible experience at the sonic on crismon and southern. Girl who took my order over there was frustrated answering a simple question, if the strawberry added was real strawberry or syrup. She replied saying that’s the only strawberry they had not specifying. So I asked again just to make sure and she exhaled deeply over the intercom with frustration. Made me feel really uncomfortable so I left. I came to this location (which I normally do because of the great service) and the manager on duty who took my order was extremely patient after explaining my situation. And the girl who served my order was very sweet as well. I’m sorry I forgot the names already. I think Kassidy and Kelsey? I hope that’s right, anyways, thank you and keep up the great work!

Great Sonic! Food is wonderful. Service is usually great and with a smile but you do need to check to make sure you get your sauces or ketchup - have had to return more then once to get Ranch or ketchup. It is a little difficult to get in and out of during high traffic times.

I only go here for the drinks mostly! The amount of flavors and you can mix and match.... Let's not forget they are half priced during certain times of the day.. Slushies, Shakes, Aids, Sodas etc... Sonic is the perfect place on a hot summer day and the service has always been good for me. Oh and the Sonic App is good for freebies and discounts 😉

Sat in the mobile ordering section for 20 minutes never got my food; never got an explanation on why my food wasn't ready even though on the app it said it was ready and they are supposed to refund me my money because I was not sitting there anymore. Worst service I've ever had at the Sonic

Good for late night cravings, but if you get fries late at night (after 11pm), be aware that they might be twice baked (cooked fries dropped into oil a second time to heat them up) making them pretty inedible.
Their service has been increasing and increasing over the past couple of months. It's generally an amazing place to go and just grab a drink or get some food. They're not generally too expensive and they are pretty nice. They usually offer a pretty quick confrontation.

They pick and choose have a handle customers based on what I'm not sure because 2 people pulled in at the same time and the other person got helped first I ordered a drink and they didn't even listen to my order properly and brought me the wrong thing it took them 10 minutes to make me. A drink when there was nobody here. But me and one other car, the staff need to listen Better. And they should help cars as theyre first
