We've used this location twice for online takeout orders and they didn't get the sandwiches right either time. Most recent order today very clearly stated in the special instructions to please put ALL sauces on the side for both sandwiches. When we picked up the order we asked to verify they did that and were told by a gal "I'm sorry I totally missed the special instructions on the order", and offered us extra sauce on the side. So - if staff is going to completely ignore the special instructions from customers, Subway might as well remove the option from the app. Won't use this location again.

They don't know how to make sandwiches past 9pm or if you do an online order. I ordered several different sauces on my sandwich, and it came with double cheese and Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese, do you see that? No, they made it so crappy and dry since they didn't even put mayonnaise on it that I almost choked on it. I ordered it toasted and got it stone cold, I was missing cheese sauce for the pretzels too. I had a sub that literally had one half of a cheese slice on the entire footlong because they are too incompetent and lazy to go make another batch of it. If you order on the app, go inside as your ordering it and stalk them or else you'll get terrible food, don't even attempt to order on Uber eats, they make it 10x worse then this order. If I don't get a refund I won't ever return to this location, and I'll go to Jimmy John's and pay the extra price for quality. This is really unexcusable, and the new employees aren't the best. There was this guy who worked there a long time ago, I miss him as he'd make the subs good no matter how you ordered it, you could tell he made it because it was good and correct and if it wasn't he'd make your whole order for free. These new people aren't as good or near as good as him, and the younger girl is rushy and pushy about everything she can be.

When I order a sandwich I get it with double meat on it, but everytime I order here at this one I get charged for the double meat but my sanfwich is not as big as it should be. Be careful them charging extra and you dont get it. The picture I took was of a sub that was supposed to be double meat. Does this look double?

Went there today. Ordered the dippers, chicken and pepperoni. Got home and they looked like they were made a month ago. On the chicken dipper there were exactly 4 pieces of 1/4 inch diced chicken. Had to throw half the order away. They should be tried and sentenced to prison for 20 years for serving that garbage.

We’re Nomads and travel full time. We had given up on Subway until we came to Apache Junction, AZ. due to so many have become filthy.This Subway should be an example of a well managed franchise for the entire Subway Company! Sparking clean including the restrooms brought us back 3 times during our 2+ week stay in Apache Junction. (Yes 3! It’s that’s good!)All the employees we met were friendly and made us fantastic Veggie Subs!We had to stop in 1 more time to grab Subs as we hit the open road!If we come back through Apache Junction we’ll stop in!

I ordered the Supreme meats sandwich. I asked if I could change out the provolone for mozzarella, because I like it toasted. He did so, and then proceeded to finish making my sandwich. I forgot that I wanted it toasted, and he must have also. (I'm older, with a sketchy memory, what's his excuse?) Anyway I did express my disappointment that he didn't toast it. No response. I don't eat cold sandwiches, but I thought I'd try. One bite, and I hated it. Cold mozzarella, everything cold. I went up and talked to the guy, and asked him what he'd charge me to re-make it. Full price! I don't have that kind of budget. I sat back down, tore it apart, and did my best. Very unhappy about this!

I'm not going into detail- its not worth it. I'm just going to say if you want good food and good service don't go here. The service is always absolutely awful and they over charge you. It is def interesting how the Subway, Panda Express & Filibertos in this shopping area all rip you off and have terrible customer service and the food is just as bad as the service. We Will not go back to this location again. No matter how close it may be its not worth it!
Vegetarian options: You have to beg them to actual put veggies in your sub or salad they are very lazy at this location.
