The hours say 10pm close but they are always closed by 8 830. Service is never with a smile and food is skimpy and old.

I had placed an online order at 12:30pm on 03/01/25 (my birthday) and the driver they sent to deliver my order, delivered it the wrong house. I did NOT place this order through a third party (DoorDash,uber), I placed this order on the app with this subway location. I had called the store and they told me it was a DoorDash problem, meanwhile DoorDash is telling me it’s this stores problem - for I placed it on the subway app with their location. I have no way of getting refunded or getting my food remade/delivered. The employees hung up on me once I asked for a manger. I stated my time, so these employees can be held accountable. Whoever is the DM of this subway needs to come in and clean staff. I work in food service myself and this is completely unacceptable behavior. If you’re the employee reading this - that hung up on me- your future is going to be as sour as you are, and karma will come back ten fold.

All of the reviews you are reading ARE CORRECT!!! Every time I've ordered, they have gotten the order wrong, missing items, and then they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK!!! @Subway, if you read these reviews, rescind their franchise license now! Managers are rude and have no idea how to treat the customers. I was promised twice that money and/or points would be refunded, and twice it hasn't happened. For the love of God, figure out how to run an established business franchise!!!

If I could give this location -5 stars I would. Every time we order online from here it’s all wrong. One of the previous times, they left like everything out of the sandwich except onions. The employees must literally be high. We ask for stuff to be toasted, doesn’t come toasted. This time we ordered two cheese roll up things and was only given one. Do not order from this subway. Go to the one on Idaho.

Ordered a wrap got flat bread pepper jack cheese got American also with x oil well I got jar of mayonnaise my son went and picked it up he was standing there waiting the lady said what do you want He said I'm here to pick up an online order.And she rolls her eyes at him .What does that mean really rolls her eyes If the bill had not been paid for he would have'walked out .Anyhow, do not order from this place.They're rude, disrespectful and they just don't care.

Not impressed, always gets orders wrong, once bought 3 subs that were fairly simple and pretty much the same thing for all of them, we recieved an order that were completely diffrent, Staff is very rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back here.

We ordered ONE Turkey, cappicol, spinach and provolone cheese, Sub, we received 3 sandwiches NONE of which were what I ordered, to be delivered tonight via door dash 7-11-24, The order was WRONG. We communicated with the delivery person, he advised to reorder and he'd let door dash know it was the wrong order. We then communicated with door dash also, they had us reorder, which we did. The 2ND ORDER WAS WRONG ALSO!!! Now door dash isn't the one who MAKES THE ORDERS, SO IT'S THE EMPLOYEES OF SUBWAY WHO APPARENTLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ AND MAKE A SANDWICH CORRECTLY!!!!! I'LL BE CALLING MGMT IN THE MORNING SINCE IT'S ALREADY 9:15PM! I tried calling subway directly to discuss beginning at 9:15pm, 9x I had to call but NO ONE ANSWERED the phone YET their site says they're OPEN TILL 10:00pm. What the heck is going on there??!! Extremely disappointed in Subway on Apache trail in Mesa AZ!!!

You don't get it your way anymore. I ordered the 12" meatball special and was told I only get to add a few veggies or it will be $10. But, it doesn't say this on the sign ad. I have never heard of this in over 40 years. I'm sure corporate would like to know about this false advertising.
