My 1st experience is my last. Not the Taco Bell back home in MN. I tried to figure the box deal on the app before using the drive thru. The young kids on staff were more interested in goofing with each other than serving your new customer. I was told my order could not be completed as it was an App only deal so I was charged over $7 bucks for a really poorly made soggy lettuce chalupa supreme & when I got home in a few minutes no napkin or
Taco sauce in the bag. I threw it in the garbage. I usually do not write negative reviews but the manager of this location needs to find better help

WOW.
I walked in and an elderly customer was standing at the counter. I went to the kiosk to start my order when an employee asked the customer what she needed. The customer said, “I want to place an order.” The employee told her to use the kiosk. When the customer asked, “You can’t take my order at the counter?” the employee said, “No, you need to use the kiosk.” The customer then left.
Afterward, the employee started trash-talking the customer, saying things like, “This is a fast food place — it’s not my job to take orders.” The employee was rude and disrespectful during the entire interaction.
Meanwhile, an elderly gentleman was struggling to use the kiosk, and none of the employees offered to help him. They just stood there and watched.
This Taco Bell gets orders wrong at least half the time, and now apparently taking orders or providing basic customer service isn’t their job either? Even though this situation didn’t directly happen to me, this was the final straw. I will never be back.
The level of disrespect I witnessed was unbelievable. Taco Bell should review the video of this incident and take appropriate action — that employee’s behavior was completely unacceptable.

I haven't been to this Taco bell in some time due to BAD SERVICE and a truly bad order.
Today well not so good. The oil for the fries, DESPERATELY needs changed. The burritos are the smartest I've ever seen. Small and not so tasty. I believe that it will be some time before I go back.
We also didn't get napkins, sauce or a recipe.

Ordered online and it said they wouldn't start making it until we got to the drive through. This was very obviously not the case and it had been sitting there. Only gave half (at best) of the requested sauces. Didn't mark any of the drinks so that we could tell what they were. Worker was rude and shut the drive through window in my mom's face when she was in the middle of trying to ask a question. Food was good, even though it was more on the cold side, but t he service left a *lot* to be desired.

I've been to this location several times and usually have at least 1 exceptional employee, but I have to say tonight 8/26/25, the whole staff was good, with 2 exceptionals. From the moment I walked in with my 3 yr old Grandson, I received assistance ordering from older man with friendly attitude. Very attentive. Food was fast and hot. Unfortunately my Grandson started to choke on a chip and while myself and another patron began to help him, a different employee (big man),(forgive me for not getting your names, guys)came over to assist and was very helpful in calming him down. My Grandson asked to give him a hug, and he happily complied! Thanks guys!

We can't count to 4 here at this location so make sure you check before leaving. The manager is claiming the terminal has no ability to issue refunds which is outrageous. Seemed like they didnt wanna go through the hassle of doing the refund. I wouldn't go here cause if the staff can't count to 4 then you shouldn't trust them with your food.

This is the worst location in the valley and they don’t even give you the appropriate amount of food this is the amount of cheese for the chips and cheese every other Taco Bell I go to gives you three times this much and this isn’t the first time it’s happened every time I go here! honesty this place sucks!

They cannot seem to get any orders correct. Doesn't matter if I go inside or go through the drive thru. I am forced to open the bag, and unwrap every single item to make sure it's correct. One has to practically beg to get napkins and hot sauce.
