I’ve traveled all over the US for a few years and have consumed more Taco Bell than I ever care to admit. This location has always been the most accurate with orders, friendly, and doesn’t skimp on the hot sauce packets in the drive-thru.

3/21/24 hadn't been to Taco Bell in quite some time and wow inflation three crunchy tacos $6.51. Went through drive-thru got home and my tacos were stale. They were full at least.

On doordash, certain items cannot be modified. I called to take off certain ingredients off the Crunchwrap supreme. I was then informed that I needed to canceled my order. I then informed the young employee that I called earlier before I placed the order and someone told me they could. She then asked me what I needed taken off in a rude manner. I told her then she just hung up. I work in customer service, and I deal with DoorDash at my work place. I have never been rude to a customer like this. From my experience the teen just didn’t want to deal with the order or modify it. Managers or shift leads should answer phone calls and not immature kids who don’t know how to talk to customers.

This Taco Bell sucks! I was the only one in the drive thru and the skinny white high school kid rushed me to order. Every time I said “please give me a moment to decide” he would reply with “what do you wanna order?”. I wasn’t even there for a minute and he wanted to rush me in and out. I ordered a single taco to get away from here and they even messed that up. My taco was fully cracked on the bottom, everything fell out, and the sour cream was blobbed on one side of the taco. I’ll go to Filiberto’s across the street next time.
