I normally don’t like to post negative reviews but today I took my dad to get a burger he loves Wendy’s Baconator and normally I don’t have any issues but the young lady working the drive through was very rude and just about tossed my dad’s burger at me all because she was trying to hand me a Lg drink which we didn’t order so I thought maybe they were giving me someone else’s order and when I asked her if my order was correct she got very snappy and had a bad attitude and said so you don’t want the drink? I told her no and then she set it aside and rudely handed me my dad’s bag and she gave me a bad attitude. I’m very disappointed with the service we received today. My dad also couldn’t eat the bacon because it was burnt.

I pulled up to your establishment at 6:46 PM and unfortunately, the gentleman that was at the window up charge me for something that I was told that tax went up even though I’ve been there multiple times and I’ve ordered the same thing and has come down to 1570 I think he is scamming. I will let the general manager know. I will call up there tomorrow morning. He was very rude and short and seemed like he had a bad attitude. I don’t normally write reviews, but the way that he was acting was extremely unprofessional and I just want you guys to know Who you have working for you that’s serving your guest I also wanna add that I asked for bacon to be added to it and no bacon👎👎👎

Every time we visit, the fries are placed on the counter 4-5 minutes before the burgers are ready, making them cold. Fries should be the last item placed on the counter. Also, the employees never smile; they seem disinterested in serving customers. Who is managing this Wendy's?

100% were those people to come 10 minutes before closing after a concert and THESE PEOPLE WERE SO KIND AND SO WELCOMING after 3 other places turned us away. 10/10 service AND food

I don't normally rate fast food places. However, I felt this location deserves a good mention. The service has always been consistent. I have noticed key employees still working there, so it gives me the impression there is little turnover which could be why their service is good. I order the Apple Peaan salad almost everytime. Their salad has always been fresh, and well balanced ingredients. This is my go to place for a good salad.

Absolutely gross and a waste of money. Nuggets were burnt and old. Tasted stale. The fries were cold and so nasty. The burger bun also tasted stale and almost cold. Not sure what happened to Wendy's food quality but it's absolutely terrible now
