We decided on Wendy’s because it’s just down the street. I gave 3 stars because of the chili. My hamburger wasn’t anything to post about. Only 2 customers inside. One car in drive up. Normally we drive a good distance to a competitor. Doesn’t matter what time of day they have dozens of cars in the drive up and restaurant inside is full. Asked my wife what’s the difference. She thought it was the freshness. The fries at Wendy’s were cold just bad. The fries at the other restaurant are made in house. The cost was higher at Wendy’s. I guess there is a reason the other place has 100 times more customers. Freshness and lower cost definitely makes a difference.

I ordered Bacon egg cheese croissant Combo, Then ordered just the sandwich by itself, Only. A breakfast burrito combo. What I got was 2 chicken bacon sandwiches. 3 orders of potato wedges. 2 orange juice and remember I only ordered one. One coke. Total was almost $37. Such lousy service At the drive through. And yeah right they wanted a raise. You gotta earn it first. Oh no receipt. It was a male that did this. Around 0730 01/23/26.

I went through the drive-thru tonight and was treated with disrespect by a snotty-nosed girl with an attitude. I kept having to repeat myself and had my debit card and food shoved at me. I will NOT ever go back. You can keep your rude employees and I'll keep my hard-earned money. Capiche?

Worst customer service ever, my food was practically thrown at me and nothing was said.. I asked if both meals were in the bag the guy working the drive thru said “as far as I know” I said thank you and he told me to go kill myself. I’m really disappointed that Wendy’s would allow such hostility especially when completely unwarranted. Completely unprofessional.

This Wendy's should be the standard for all their restaurants. If your tired of your bad local Wendy's...this location is worth the trip. Service was better than expected. Very friendly. The food was hot, neatly assembled and tasty. This Wendy's was very clean and the condiments area was fully stocked and organized. Parking was adequate and the drive thru seemed to be moving quickly. Kudos to the management and employees at this Wendy's!
I don't do Fast Food very often. But the drive thru was quick & easy. Customer Service was good. 🆕 2/$6.00 Menu which includes Dave's Singles & Original Chicken Sandwich. They have been running a special on the Dave's Single Cheese Burger @ $3.99 🍔 which is the best deal in town for a Burger. * Tried the Chili Cheese Fries with Shredded Cheddar & it was Very Good. P.S. They always have coupons in your home shopping flier's that come on Tuesday & Wednesday. 😁💲💲💲 Money Saver if you use coupons & check menu online. You can order ahead for pick up & they do have an application in G-Play. 👍 Thumbs Up on Breakfast Menu. I highly recommend the Cosants & French Toast Sticks.

Drinkable Chili, literally went thru the drive thru and got a large chili, took it home and opened it up and stirred it and there was nothing to stir, did not find one piece of meat, there was micro meat and not much of that either, beans were no better, maybe 10 in the whole thing…… thank goodness for the crackers because it was just soup which I wound up drinking, listen I know meat prices are high but beans are still cheap… come on Wendy’s you can do better, don’t be so damn cheap, really poor quality!

When I crave a burger it always has to be Wendy's Dave #1 in a .double. Tonight I ordered one and it was cold and dry instead of the hot and juicy we are used to. The burger was not very good and had very little taste to it. The girl at drive theough was very unfriendly and didn't even talk to us! Not sure we will return. Too bad because Wendy's was our favorite!

I'm tired of getting incomplete orders from this location! My burger came with a pickle and half a string of onion. No tomato or lettuce. Take a little pride in your work.
