How many people are tired of customers being nickled and aimed over small item requests. I ordered a chicken sandwich and hardley any sauce was put on my order. I asked if I could have a small cup of their Chipotle sauce to put on my burger and the manager said he would have to charge me 60 cents I said that's ridiculous you hardley put any in and showed him his response is I don't make the rules. Now I can understand if I wanted a large amount but I was requesting just a small amount and he didn't want to what a joke all these places are doing this and it's unfortunate. The little re head girl at the register is very nice and helpful she works her but off and had amazing customer service maybe the manager should take a lesson from this girl
I was so excited at the idea of a Orange Dreamsicle Frosty: In fact I order 5 medium on line with a total of 7 burgers and sundries, all toll just under $70.00 and what did we get. Well first off no Orange Dreamsicle Frosty: but of course they had cholate, if I knew it would take almost 30 minutes to pick up my order that was to be ready in 5 minutes per your site, and then to only get 3 frostys after waiting so long I took only the 3 and left store. There was no offer to refund anything either, of course by the time we got home everting was cold because the burger sat on the counter for over 1/2 hour, then to get home to find instead of 5 double burgers there was only 4 with 3 singles that was suppose to be 2 and of course everything cold. I should have canceled the order after the first lye about Orange Dreamsicle Frosty: and went to TACO BELL, this is about the worse experience I have had in a very long time. You should not be able to promote something you do not have just to rip people off.

Instead of saying they were short handed I got told to wait multiple times and when I finally asked what the hold up was the person working the drive thru was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He could of just said they were short handed.
