“Right off the main street through town is a small cafe to the right. It has an unassuming posture, but the atmosphere is bursting with good vibes.A U-shaped counter and a few small tables won't seat many customers, but this fosters a sense of family among patrons. We went there for breakfast and enjoyed our meals, made with simple ingredients; portions are very generous. I have to recommend the Hodge Podge, which is a heaping mound of diced ham, egg, potato and more, served with toast and jam.The managers are Jim, who is the main cook, his wife Kathy. Jeanie was our server. Everyone is friendly in a folksy way. We'll make a point of coming back for more!”

“I was looking for a New Mexican food place since the ones I’ve been to in CG and Coolidge have been Meh and not memorable. I do not know how I have missed this place but we are fans now. It has brought joy to my family and I’s tummies! I ordered the Lomo Saltado Chicken, Quesa Birria, Sopes and Carne Asada tacos with hand made tortillas! Also ordered their freshly made Jamaica and Horchata. The food and drinks were beyond our expectations. Angel, thank you for the suggestions and great customer service. We will be back for more! Oh and this was a phone order, wifey picked up and arrived nice and fresh!”

“Went to eat here with my husband and 14 month old. The place was very clean and full of people at around 3pm. I always wipe down high chairs at restaurants with my own sanitizing wipe and the wipe afterwards was totally free from any dirt or grime (if you know you know) The staff was attentive immediately and got us drinks as soon as we sat down. All of the staff was very friendly and responsive. They brought out food as it was ready so everything was hot and fresh. We ordered Sichuan chicken, orange chicken and house special lo mein. My favorite was the orange chicken. I don't recommend the lo mein, as the meat was a little chewy and the noodles were a bit overdone. We also got a kids plate for my son that had fried chicken pieces, fries, white rice and a cheese wonton. I highly recommend trying the big wa if you are looking to get some decent Chinese food at a reasonable price with fantastic service and clean tables, clean menus, and clean floors.”

“This is a great locals place, we were here several years ago and back again, it's a family relatives favorite. The prices are incredible for the portion and the staff and guests are friendly.

“Eat here for lunch. We ordered a burrito, enchiladas, and queso birria. All were great. We especially liked the salsa and bean dip. They sell it for takeout. We got one of each and enjoyed with chips later that night.”

“We heard Nico's is an excellent Mexican restaurant. This location is exceptional, and have to admit it truly is. We stopped for breakfast burritos which 3 of us ordered with the fourth ordering of us ordered menudo. Not one complaint. Everyone was very happy.”
