This location does not do a very good job when it comes to rectifying Small situation’s. corporate even gave them the ballpark to rectify the situation so they could have worked with the situation instead of being in a haste to cancel they could’ve had a delivery driver come to the location and confirm the location at least before canceling! The one guy that sounds fruity was very rude and placed me on hold instead of being professional and trying to rectify a small situation now it has been escalated. We’ll see how this goes.!

Food is exceptional lately. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We have noticed the pizza lately has enough sauce to almost seem like you’re getting extra sauce but not excessive to overpower the pizza. Garlic knots are amazing as always, just wish they were cheese filled! The loaded chicken is as good as the loaded tots!

It was the most disappointing food!!! They screwed my food up mind you live 20 miles one way! So I had a hundred miles into this food for a mistake and don’t get me wrong when I say this I was grateful for fixing it but they could have gave me back my money also! The manager did not handle this in a very good nature!! Then when I go to eat my food it was wrong again!! Coyotes had a good dinner !!! For sure Arizona City Domino’s pizza you suck

Not happy with domino's today. I never got the text that my pizza was completed. So I went to pick it up and It was cold! I told the young lady it was cold and her remedy was to let her manager know. No offer to remake it or anything. So I left. The pizza was mostly crust. As you can see by the pictures. Why would anyone allow this type of service to a long time customer. Guess Pizza Hut gets my business from now on.
I went and tried making an order at the drive through window and they didn't let me. They said they don't accept orders at the window yet I've made numerous orders at that same window. Isn't the customer always right ? Why not take my order and money.. instead I left and went to nicos down the road located at 15114 Sunland Gin Rd, Arizona City, AZ 85123 where the food is amazing!! and they don't make you get out the car to order

We haven't had Domino's pizza since 2015 when I had cravings of pizza when I was pregnant with my nine year old. I gotta say this Domino's was amazing. We ordered the tater tots with cheese, the six cheese pizza half with jalapeno's and the eight piece bbq wings. The bread, which by the way is my favorite part of pizza, was crispy and soft at the same time. Kids enjoyed it as well. They have never had Domino's pizza. They were astounded. The store customer service was very on point with a friendly smile and upbeat manner. She told us the the easier and fastest way to order. Really appreciate it. Amazing person even though I didn't catch her name. Keep it up.
