This is the second time I've been to this location. Both times the a lady named Chaundra was running the counter. Both times she has said things that were offensive. I was bummed to see here still working here after my first experience. The 1st visit she argued about making strawberry lemonade, so I ordered 2, she was rude. This time she took it upon herself to change my sauce preference on a taco which I didn't ask for, she made comments on the amount of food I ordered. (Other people were eating besides me). After an argumentative order taking,she was wandering around the waiting area saying how she needed to get away from her coworkers. Maybe if she was helping instead of complaining I wouldn't have been shorted tacos.This lady should not have a job that is public facing. If she's there next time, I will probably say something.

Cold food, tacos very little stuffing barely see meet barely see cheese and lettuces so skinny with 2 bites is over the workers so slow got me time to fuel the truck tanks and get back inside Almost 30 minutes for 11 tacos and 1 crispy chicken taco cold

Sunday Morning at 9am, place was not busy and had us waiting in drive thru for 7 minutes to take our order. We said hello again to the lady. A coworker said she'll be with us shortly. We waited another 3 minutes with no response. If placing order took long i imagine the food as well. Theres no fast food 30 minutes in either direction. We just took off.

Bought a Gift Card during a cyber Monday deal use it once on the app. having issues almost 1.5 years with customer support and no will help me with fixing the error. Still has a balance on my gift card. Will NOT support and will NOT recommend Del Taco.

My family and I were traveling and stopped I bought $50 in food and my mom said no sour cream or jalapeños on her nacho and they put it on there then my son tried it and said yep that's sour cream. So I took it up to the lady and she told us my mom never said anything about the jalapeños and then proceeded to poke her finger in it to look for the sour cream as if it wasn't obvious and she said there was no sour cream so then she tossed it. Refused to remake it unless we paid again after she poked in it and threw it away. Didn't even refund it and it was a full nacho that she STUCK HER FINGER IN AND THREW AWAY IN FRONT OF US. Very inappropriate behavior. Good thing I was only passing by but I definitely won't forget this stop and will NEVER eat there again.
