I had to take the time to thank Adrian and Sarah for a great meal on the road. I was watching Adrian make our boxes and I can only wish she'd be the one to train everyone in the industry. She was doing everything in such a way to respect the customers meal. I do appreciate the way she was moving. She had a lot of orders in, but she was also focused on cleanliness! Sarah was sweet too, she was worried about my wait time because I got the fries with no salt, and she made sure I didn't feel forgotten. But I knew it would mean fresh fries🍟 which always takes longer. Then it turned out to be really good KFC too. Turns out I think I prefer the original recipe to the Krispy that I normally order! Which is what they have here. I think this place is brand new, the whole facility is really nice and clean!!

We go here all the time. It’s the best KFC we’re ever been too. The food is fantastic, you get it fast and the help here is second to none. There’s been a time or two if it’ll take longer on yer food, but there always let us know that when we order.

New building is nice, but the employees need LOTS of customer service training. Joleen was my cashier. I was told I couldn't get a chicken sandwich without a side, and then was told they don't have filets anyway, so I had to order something else. I'd give zero stars to the service aspect of this restaraunt if I could.

I mean for truck stop food it’s about average price for what you get. They do try to skimp on what you get. My potpie was dented in to reduce the amount of food that went into it. If you do order chicken they won’t ask you if you want extra crispy or original. You just get original. So make sure you tell them extra crispy. My son was upset when he got his meal. People working are nice and are doing their best.
It was lunch time and I ordered the #2 meal, 3 pieces of chicken with a side. All the chicken they had available was 1 thigh and some wings. I went elsewhere. Needs better management.
