Recently visited this location. I find as a whole, Arby's is unquestionably overpriced in comparison of value Vs. cost. As a result of this inequity of reality, l limit the number of my visits and narrow my selections. To counter GREEDFLATION, I limit my purchases to the featured item on sale. Last visit was the Ham and Swiss which l truly loved. During this recent visit l enjoyed the ArbyQ which is the current featured sale item. The sandwich was delicious although l found it made up of what appeared to be bits and pieces and drowning in BBQ sauce. The sandwich was extremely tasty and equally messy. Overall l had a pleasant experience.

I had ordered takeout here. Never will again. I experienced really bad food poisoning from eating their Classic Beef and Cheddar and Mac and cheese. I don’t know if it’s the lactose in the cheese but I woke up with symptoms of salmonella poisoning. Never buying food here again.

My review may be biased as I've always enjoyed Arby's food. I think their newer location (maybe a year old now) here in the West Valley is well kept and well managed. Staff are friendly and food comes out in a timely manner!

It was 10 mins before they closed and they still gave us our food HOT & FRESH! Frys were crispy & on point , the phillycheesesteak was so hot we could not eat it for 5 mins so that it had time to cool down a little. My beef &cheddar was delightful & exactly what I needed coming home off a long shift. Not to mention my jalapeno poppers were PERFECT! 👌🏽 They were too hot to eat with my beef & cheddar so I had to wait until I got home [around 10 mins] and it was perfect timing for me to sit in the garage & hide from my family for a bit while I ate my poppers. Worth every bite 😋

I just wanted to say I'm not a big Arby's fan but I was craving it tonight. From the time I entered the store I was greeted by Cindy and boy I can't say enough nice things about her. She was so polite, friendly and she just went above and beyond to make my visit very pleasant. I can't say enough about her, but just because of her customer service I will definitely be back. I hope whomever reads this review will take into consideration of giving her a raise. Thanks again Cindy for making my experience there a very pleasant one!

HORRIBLE experience, definitely not coming back to this location as it seems to be the norm. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak meal with regular fries among other things. I received a gyro with curly fries. Go back to fix, receive a gyro with regular fries, third time I finally get my cheesesteak however, it's just the meat and cheese, none of the other topping/s. Seriously the most inept service I have received in a long time.
