Was there last night. The food is not good and pricey. Was order pasta for my kids and a cheese smell and taste like moldy. The First time here and never to be repeated.

The meal was absolutely delicious, and our server took great care of us throughout. great atmosphere. I’d absolutely suggest this place to others, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

PÉSIMO TRATO AL CLIENTE La semana pasada, el sábado por la noche, mi esposo y yo vivimos una experiencia realmente decepcionante en el restaurante Atlantis. Quiero compartirlo desde mi perspectiva, porque lo que sucedió fue inaceptable. Llegamos a Atlantis alrededor de las 8 p.m. Nos indicaron que había un evento en una parte del lugar, pero que podíamos sentarnos en el otro lado sin problema. Así lo hicimos y consumimos alrededor de 100 en el lugar en total. Más tarde al estar ahí comiendo, nos encontramos con unos amigos, nos invitaron a la sección del evento, ya que habían pagado una mesa. Nos cambiamos pensando que todo estaba cubierto. Pedimos unos tragos y una cubeta de cerveza, a los 20 min la organizadora nos reclamó un cover de 45 dólares por persona, es decir, 90 dólares en total. Lo peor fue la manera grosera en la que esta persona nos trató, gritando y diciéndonos mentirosos enfrente de la gente que estaba asistiendo al evento por que según ella nos habían dicho desde que llegamos al lugar que teníamos que pagar un boleto de entrada (cosa que no es verdad). Al querer aclarar el problema con ella, llegaron 3 personas tomadas que venían con ella a enfrentar a mi esposo y buscarle pleito. Al final decidimos pagar lo que la “señorita”nos estaba cobrando y salirnos del lugar. Me sentí profundamente humillada, acabo de dar a luz hace dos meses, era mi primera salida y me quedó muy mal sabor de boca esta experiencia. Mi esposo se comunicó por teléfono con el dueño del restaurante al día siguiente para explicarle la situación. El dueño se disculpó, pero fue muy engañoso, prometiendo devolvernos el dinero y postergando la solución con excusas como “te lo regreso mañana” o “lo reviso después”. Hasta ahora, no ha cumplido. Esa falta de honestidad es la razón por la que me atrevo a escribir esto: si así son de deshonestos y tratan así a sus clientes, no puedo recomendar este lugar para evitar una mala experiencia.

Came to this restaurant today to eat some seafood around 1:40 pm waited 1 hour long. Asked my server where my food was she said they only had one cook today and my food would be out shortly. I waited another hour still no food, and then we told our server if should could pack our food to go because I had to pick up an order up at a store. Let her know we would be back in 20 min. When we went back to the restaurant our server had let us know she gave our $80 worth of food away to another customer. Asked for a refund, she then stated she couldn’t give me a refund because manager wasn’t in today. This server was very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this place mind you I have ate at this restaurant several times never had a bad experience till today. This will be last time eating here.

Great food and music!

Came in for lunch on July 24 with a friend. We ordered the ceviche cocktail — the service was decent and the food looked presentable, but unfortunately, we both got food poisoning afterward, experiencing nausea, diarrhea, and upset stomach. Really disappointing. Won’t be coming back.

Food was amazing, bartender Angel was great he was very attentive and all the drinks were delicious. Definitely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat or to bring all the whole family! They always have good specials, have great music, and they have a pool table to pass the time. Definitely coming back!!!

With the new manager everything has improved, the attention is very good, and the food is very good

Great place to eat, drink, and have fun! They have a variety of special events to enjoy. I personally like their molcajetes and the shrimp cocktail has a good amount of shrimp 🤤

Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t let signs fool you into thinking they may have some good food.
We drove by it thinking let me try something new. Maybe whole on the wall kinda place.
We waited 45 minutes for 3 tacos and some asada fries. And there’s was only one other table.
We ask for lemonade and tea, they stated they are out? On a Friday? Not to mention the price was outrageous. This place will be black listed on my end. More like a front for some type of shady business. Again stay away from Atlantis.
