Theres a rule that I follow, if the place is empty, it isn't good. I broke my rule today cause I really wanted Filipino food and really thought that this place was it. Alas, I was wrong...we walked in and was confused by what this place was, a bar? Karaoke? Comedy club? Show and live music? Restaurant? Not a single person was in there, other than a bartender/server. The environment was questionable and looked kinda run down a bit. But we decided to give it a try since I really wanted Kare Kare...my wife and I settled on "Tour of Philippines", also ordered Lechon Kawaii, which was pretty good but not sure if $15 for like 6 little pieces was the right amount, but nevertheless...then the "Tour of Philippines" came out...🤦♂️ four small side dish bowls, with a depressingly small amount of food in each bowl and what i can only explain is a side of old rice. Kare Kare, was absolutely mediocre! It tasted and looked like peanut butter mixed with water, and it didn't even taste like peanut. I had eaten Filipino food for 20 years, and never had i ever tasted anything like this in all of those 20 years. Family gatherings, Restaurants, etc...was always thicker and flavorful. Anyways, onto the chicken adobo...🤦♂️ I dont even know how anyone can get chicken adobo wrong...but it's not dry chicken with pretty much a soup like amount of soy sauce and sadness. One dry wing and one dry tiny drum stick. Lol veggies were alright and the tiny baby size sisig. We will never come back to this place, my wife's first Filipino food experience and this is what y'all serve? Overpriced, overcooked, wrong ingredients, tiny food? Sick...thanks

I 10/10 recommend this restaurant and I will be back for sure. Chef Lin, owner and chef of the restaurant, is very talented and she did not hesitate to take orders, prepare the meal, and socialize with her guests. The food was delicious and the time to get the meals was fast! The offer really great dishes that are authentic to the Philippines culture. It's kid and big friendly!

My wife had just flown in last night, and this amazing spot was open! I’d seen their page before on Yelp (my go to for honest reviews of businesses). I called ahead just to make sure they really were open, and they assured me they were, and they’d have room for us. We found the spot easily, there was plenty of parking. We walked into a restaurant that was fully decorated with New Years Eve decorations and had a DJ playing amazing music. We were surprised this place wasn’t standing room only, especially on a night like this. I recognized the owner right away from reading the reviews, and she was who came out to take our order after describing some of the items. The rest of the staff who helped were great and very attentive to all the customers. This is the night and day difference between actual family owned and operated businesses, and the chain restaurants. The owner came back to check on us (she had tried to warn me how spicy the Dragon Burger was, but I really wanted something spicy! My wife saved me by taking off some of the ultra-spicy hot sauce (ghost peppers!🤣), and the other staff who kept resupplying us with water. The owner recommended the Ube cheesecake, and it was amazing, and helped calm down the fire! My wife ordered the fried catfish, and it was light and battered and served with an amazing dipping sauce. The owner brought out her husband just before the New Years Eve countdown, and he very nice - I would describe him as one of those rare gentle giants, who has the ability to make everyone feel instantly comfortable around him. Then the countdown happened and everyone who was present went around shaking hands, hugging, and wishing one another a Happy New Years. An amazing restaurant, with delicious food, and a very professional staff. Please support this family owned and operated local business!🇺🇸🇵🇭🙏🏼💯
Great place for food and the owner /chef is very friendly, my husband and I enjoyed our dinner.

Haven't done the "happy phat boy food dance " in a while till today. The entire course was ACES!
Soup was comfort, lumpia was ON-finger-POINT. My pork Adobo was Atomic-ly good, and the UBEY-cheesecake.... Best dessert I've had anywhere this whole year. Most food spots out here are misses but this 1 is a bullseye! We found our new spot & it's close to home too.

Amazing family owned business. Chef Lin is an amazing cook. She makes all food to order and it is well worth the wait. We loved everything we had ordered. You definitely have to order the Ube cheesecake for desert, it is to die for! Tip was super friendly and provides great service. We will definitely be going back for karaoke night and to try their wings. It's hard to find amazing food in the valley please go and support this amazing restaurant!

We met to Backstreet Asia on a whim, and drove 20 miles to get there. Totally worth it! Singaporean noodles were spicy in the most pleasant way. Thank you, excellent customer service. They even do kareoke on Thursdays.

Best lechon kawali I've ever eaten, but ALL the food was excellent! Nothing was disappointing, we are new to the area, and will be returning to try the rest of the food out.
Kid-friendliness: It's family owned and operated, so the service and atmosphere is excellent! Highly recommend.

Unfortunate to say their pancit was not good. Noodles tasted like what dish water smells like. Veggies in the meal had a lack of taste, similar texture to frozen veggies. Paid the bill. Not going back.
