Worst run store ever. Avondale should revoke their business license. Dirty, always out of everything, donuts are hard, never has chocolate syrup. Manager is either a kid or just doesn't care. Horrible store, awful service. Do better.

The place is Filthy. Out of cake cones. Out of napkins. Unpleasant staff. They don’t want your business.

The said they would open on Thursday but it is 12am there not open

We went to buy some ice cream and the drice thru vas full so, we decided to go into the shop OMG! It was full, everyone was complaining and there were 2 guys serving only the drive thru orders, I asked who was serving inside and they didn't even bothered to answer me, we had to left the place too disappointed for the bad service.

Soo many bad reviews was the complete opposite plenty of flavors over 10 to choose it's a Baskin and dunking donuts combined Greta combo and variety of everything cleanliness and customer service was outstanding definitely will be bringing more business here.

See alot of low rated reviews came in probably had the best service here at a Baskin Robbins in a long time although they don't have all 31 flavors they had 12 to choose from excellent service and courteous and friendly staff clean establishment and restrooms.

Shut this place down. Trash service and everything is always out of stock.

For this to be a “family” place they sure don’t cater to all. This location does not have a baby changing station in either of the bathrooms. How and I suppose to enjoy an evening treat with my kids if I can’t even take care of my newborn needs while being there. Supper upset that they didn’t think about that small important detail in this family joint.

This is technically a mini baskins robbins as they do not have all the ice cream flavors. They were out of hot fudge sauce. Staff was friendly and made our order accurately. This was a nice break from the 115 degree weather.

Super dirty.

For anyone that gets confused.. this is not a basket n robbins. It’s called thrifty ice cream. Still really good quality ice cream ❤️

This is our first time at this location. The worker made our experience great! We went in to originally get my son an Oreo cake for his birthday, but their options were a little out of our price range. We found something called a Polar Pizza instead. We got the Chocolate Chip Cookie dough one and politely asked the worker if she could add Oreo cookie pieces to it and she more than delivered! Also Wednesdays they have a deal for $2 off of their polar pizzas which was great! My family really had a great experience from this location and I would highly recommend it!

The Baskin Robbins is always out of most ice cream flavors and the Dunkin Donuts is always out of donuts or they're old and hard. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location.Impressive that management is making both franchises the worst they can be.
